I put my prescription in with ASDA yesterday and received a text today saying it's ready. You ask for 7 working days, 2 weeks in real time and it's never ready whenever I've been in. They're a supermarket and you're a specialised pharmacy. Not that I'll be coming back, but care to explain yourselves? Absolute joke.

Just been for a really personal issue to this pharmacy to be called a liar and blamed for making my condition worse. Even though I followed advice from the NHS website. After relaying that I won't be able to make appointments in the week due to not being in the country. I was met with, "thats unfortunate". So I've come to this pharmacy for the first time and told basically its my problem, they won't help and I'm a liar. Terrible service, go to a trusted pharmacy that you have used before. Avoid here at all costs.

Unfortunately my doctors and this pharmacy don't seem to be engaging with each other which in turn causes myself and others to have my prescription either not ready or certain medication missing. On top of this with the added pressures put on all sections in the doctors and pharmacy lack of staff ect causes staff to be agitated with members of the public. With this in mind I believe that some form of retraining of staff to be considerate and understand the upset of unwell people not having their medications either ready or missing puts a massive strain on the members of the public wanting said medication available. That said I find that all sections of medical services are really struggling with a lot higher demand put on them so maybe some members of the public including myself should take this into consideration.

I used this pharmacy on a Friday afternoon and they were very busy. Despite this the staff were excellent. They calmly dealt with each customer in turn without appearing to get stressed. They were friendly and had a smile for each customer. I thought they were brilliant.

This branch gets worse! Seven business days to process repeat prescriptions..leaving patients without medication because the GP doesn't allow you to order to bring it into line with Weldricks 7 day policy. Priority for them is 'walk in' patients. When the majority of scripts are now electronically sent,I fail to see how patients are going without their medication. This branch either needs more staff or to seriously re evaluate their system;before a patient falls seriously ill!!

The younger brown hair lady in there on the 24th September was very aggressive to me and yelling infront of many customers because they charged me Β£70 for months prescription and only given me 2 weeks. Went back in there she got very aggressive and yelling infront of everyone saying she told me already that's why which I have never been charged whole month at once always paid 2 weeks each time because that's what I get each time! First time getting medicines here and feel that lady should be sacked she's very aggressive and you never speak to customers like this ever no matter what that's unprofessional and disgusting! I will be getting her name and reporting to everyone I can that can deal with this lady this isn't ok to speak to customers this manner! My 3 year old even got bit by wasp in there facility as it was in the chair and we still waited 35 mins for medication that comes every 2 weeks! Lady even tried telling me I paid Β£70 because there service charge but I'm in the wrong and spoken to like I'm not human for asking these questions because that's a rediculous price and even argued this to them and got excuses until they told me I paid for whole months with only getting 2 weeks and I wouldn't have to pay next time all they had to say which isn't the correct way to pay anyways because it's 2 different prescription every 2 weeks so why would someone pay for months ? Without getting month at time UNACCEPTABLE!

Worse chemist in the area, always happy to chat to each other while leaving patients stood about waiting to be seen. I myself have just had to wait 35 minutes because they βforgotβ about my prescription. Waste of space.

Every time I go for prescription itβs never ready even though I put it in 3or4 days before I collect it , I will be taking it to another chemist from now on
