Even one star is too much. I booked a Covid vaccine, when I arrived they said it had been cancelled although they hadn’t bothered to message me. The ‘sorry’ was inadequate and insincere. Forget Rowlands Pharmacy go to thee nearby Langwith Pharmacy for exemplary service Patricia Lane

Really rude abrupt female staff member. Only phoned to see if my disabled friends prescription was ready. Why can't they be gentle or polite? Doesn't cost anything.

I had called to seek advice from a pharmacist. The guy on duty was Rahj (sp?). He was obviuosly well experienced from years in the job. He also had a brilliant and quite dry sense of humour.....cheers !
There is very little customer service in this pharmacy. You are never acknowledged when waiting at the counter. They walk past you without even a knod or a smile. The older lady with long brown hair and glasses is helpful and polite. But the 2 younger members of staff need some people skills. They need winding up abit to be alot more efficient. Only use this pharmacy when I have to.
