   The store is big and has a wide choice of items. But the staff at the harrow weald lidl are problematic. Countless times me and friends have been stalked by staff. Lidl obviously has issues with customers of colour. If you are a person of colour, you're deemed as suspicious and followed everywhere. By workers in Christmas jumpers, to people stalking you from isle to isle, everytime you pick things up. It comes across as very discriminatory. I wouldn't shop here in the future.

   The two stars are for the outside parking. I visited this afternoon and there were NO lamp posts lights on. Zero around the trolley area, zero to aid parking. Zero lights coming into or leaving the car park. It was 16.40 it was pretty dark. For customer safety the lights should've been ON! Please resolve Lidl, the store experience inside was great. Outside was poor.

   Visited this Lidl for the first time today on a mission to bag a pilates reformer machine, after my local store sold out. Not only did I get the last one - hooray! - but two extremely helpful members of staff took the 35kg box to the tills for me and then lifted it into my car boot too! Absolutely brilliant customer service, thank you both so much x

The layout makes it easy to find everything you need, from fresh produce to bakery items, household goods, and weekly specials. The fruit and vegetables are usually very fresh, and the prices are some of the best around, which makes shopping here both convenient and budget-friendly. The staff are always friendly and efficient, especially at the checkouts. Even when the store gets busy, the queues move quickly because the employees work with great speed and professionalism. I also really appreciate the variety of products—both the regular items and the rotating weekly offers. There’s always something new to discover, and the quality is consistently good. The bakery section is one of my favourites. The bread and pastries come out warm and smell amazing, and the prices are fantastic. Parking is usually easy, and the store feels safe and well maintained. Overall, this Lidl is an excellent place to shop. Whether you’re doing a big weekly shop or just picking up a few items, it’s always a smooth and pleasant experience. Definitely one of the better supermarkets in the area!

   Large well laid out and designed store with a lot of products at a very reasonable price. Fresh bakery and produce of food quality and at a fraction of other stores prices. Store kept well stocked and clean. Aisles are wide and kept clear. Lots of parking and it’s free.

   Great lidl experience, always a really nice deal each week in the special buy section. Nice friendly staff, food fresh produce, 30% off with the lidlplus app on bakery good in the evening. Toilet facilities with a changing room, big roomy car park and great friendly staff.

   The store is easy to find, good parking places. The shop has a good grocery assortment. Good choice of food and drinks. It's clean and shoppers can use the toilet situated next to the self check out tills. The staff is nice and helpful. Coming public transport get off at Harrow Weald Bus Garage (stop WK and stop WJ).
