   Why can't Lidl have normal size baskets? They are too big for people to move about. But Lidl in the Middle is my favourite part of the shop!

   I shop in Lidl two or three times a week, good prices and good quality BUT! Why have they discounted the smaller shopping baskets and left only the big ones on wheels? Very inconvenient for frequent shoppers like me, please bring back the smaller ones!!!!

   Very Disappointed with this store lately. Used to be one of my favourite stores years before The new Manager Steve is very rude, aggressive. Lidl need to train their Managers He is verbally abusive swearing in the store which is unacceptable What kind of Store Managers does your recruitment team hire. This is Pathetic. I have personally come across most of your Store Managers in Lidl & all behaved professionally. Very toxic environment. I prefer to visit Tesco’s

   This store despite being located on a very busy road is quite easily accessible. Thanks to the parking which is free for up to 90 mins. Although other grocery stores are probably better for day to day essentials, Lidl has unbeatable fresh bakery items. I also prefer their Greek yoghurt over any other. This store is exceptionally clean and also has great variety of plants and gardening supplies. Highly recommend! Only tip is to avoid visiting between 8-9 am and 3-4 pm due to the school traffic which is located in the same building.

   I go there to Lidl Richmond when visiting the area not far from the River Thames .. The shop is always a busy area and full of happy shoppers /parking available there easy access for disabled with wide doors/seeds available at front of store for those who plant their own food or want to try that way of life Self service tills with friendly staff and the usual long tills for the big shops ppl need reasonably good prices in comparison to Richmond other shops being high priced area.

   The supermarket is super clean, super warm and the staff is extremely friendly! Many thanks to Matei (or Mateo) who was so kind to help us with a trolley although we didn't have a coin to release it. I already love Lidl in Richmond!!!!

   I like this store the parking is very good but the product selection can be limited in some areas such as gluten free but over all is well stocked and clean sadly the WiFi is rubbish so no point having the app as can't access it
