   The staff in the Ivy Bridge store are so friendly and the manager really went above and beyond to help me locate an out of stock item. Always a pleasure to shop here and lovely to receive good old fashioned personal customer service, so rare these days. Well done HB team!

   If I could, I will score even less. Manager in this store has to learn lesson if price is on the shelf and advertise, you have to sell it in this price. Today I went there and took 2 4packs of Cola in bottles, big yellow price infornt of product said clearly 1 for £4.49 buy 2 for £8 when come to payment offer was not there. Lovely lady on till called her manager who was claiming that is no offer , when my partner went back to bring price manager was already there taking price off saying that price is incorrect and should be for different product. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BEHAVIOR OF MANAGER And WILL NEVER MAKE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN AS YOU CAN'T TRUST HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE CHARGE.Make sure you check your recipe.

   Love this store, looking at all the new products and many bargains to grab. Always something different that catches your eye. Checkout staff very welcoming and polite. Just wish there was one nearer to where I live like Putney or kingston. The only downfall is the parking time of 2 hours as if you overstay which I didn't realise, you find yourself getting sent a parking ticket for a considerable amount. When I'm shopping in there I spend more than 2 hours as I like to take my time and have a good browse. But after the ticket I don't spend as long so don't buy as much as it won't be a bargain if I get a ticket lol.
