   Awful, unfriendly and borderline abusive service in this shop. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be spoken to like dirt! On the subject of dirt, the shop is utterly filthy to cap it all off. I only went in as I had return something through Evri but will travel further afield if I have to use Evri in future. There is a much nicer newsagents a few doors down with lovely owners.

   Very rude person behind the counter. I had a return to an online shop. He asked me, why I didn't wrap my return? The online shop web page said, I don't need to wrap it and it's a service of the shop to do this. The person did constantly complain to me. What ever he said... it was a bit hard to understand his kind of English. He told me off and at the end he sticked the label sticker on the original cardboard of the item. So it never can be sold again from the seller. He wasn't care about anything. So I told him I will never come back to this place again. He agreed to me. When he has bad days like this, he shouldn't do a costumer service job.

   I use this place occasion as it has a parcel return service, I have always found the staff to be really helpful and polite, most places I pick up or drop off parcels have really unhelpful and rude staff but I have been served here by several different people and have always had a good experience

   Bad service, I went to this store to return an item, the staff behind the counter told me that it was not possible to ship, even before explaining, then they didn't want to read my return confirmation email, I think they didn't know how to read English, very rude in manners and doesn't help you even when I told him it was the first time I use this service, he told me you don't understand English but the truth that made me very nervous about his rude and aggressive attitude, the staff must be kind and welcoming to the customers the opposite of this shop

   Dreadful service. I went to try and collect my parcel, then told I had to contact customer service. Not helpful service given that my parcel was registered as being at the store. Lack of responsibility taken.

   Friendly staff, good range of products, typical for a newspaper store. Its a small shop so feels cramped, they send and recieved parcels for multiple companies, Hermes etc so it can be full of trip hazards.
