   Advertises as open 24 hours 7 days a week… simply a lie. I work nights and often try to visit this shop at around 2/3am and it’s ALWAYS closed, which would be fine if it didn’t advertise as being open 24 hours.

   I came here a 2:20am but it seems they have a 1 hour downtime from 2am to 3. Kinda wished they made that clearer since now its 23hours. The security in the store is overwhelming, not sure what happened here but I've never seen a guard in a petrol station in my life. Staff were a bit weird just airing out my order to everyone, a bit of tact goes a long way. A few weirdos around when I came in but the guard held it down. If you want a safe shopping experience your at the right place.

   I went to Tesco Esso Acton Express in pain early in the morning, needing to buy medication using my Tesco voucher. A staff member refused to accept it, made excuses, and told me to go home and get a Clubcard — clearly unwilling to go behind the till to assist and seems unpleasant to serve me. I had to leave without the medication I needed and had to wait in pain for other stores to open. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when someone is unwell. Staff should be trained to support, not dismiss, vulnerable customers.

   I want to express my appreciation for one of the security staff members at this Tesco – Shuvro das - is truly outstanding. Every time I visit, he greets customers with a warm smile and a kind attitude. It’s clear that he genuinely enjoys his job and takes pride in making people feel safe and welcome. Small gestures like his can make a big difference in someone’s day. Thank you for having such a positive and friendly person on your team!

   Incompetent and rude staff. Unfamiliar with their own company’s rules. Very lazy and found hanging around refusing to help customers. Manager’s assistant Sadip is very unprofessional and very bad at communication not sure how is he supposed to be helping customers out. Fridges always open. Checkout queues are always so long because they are unable to divide tasks efficiently and I have always seen customers complaining asking for another register to open before they actually do it as if they are waiting for customers to lose patience. By far the worst Tesco Express I have been to.

   We are in the middle of an energy crisis. Is it really necessary to have the a/c on so low ? - and most fridge doors are not closing properly. Please do something!!!!

   Love this local Tesco express because it’s 24/7 !!! I also love how friendly all the staff is, especially Jeff the security guard, Ote and Andrea. They always greet me with a smile and make sure to provide me with a good and efficient shopping service. I normally go there after a long walk to get a drink or a snack and the chat with these lovely people has kept me loyal to this branch. They have a decent selection of food and drinks and also have a small ethnic food section including Asian food and Eastern European snacks, Love it :) 10/10

   I appreciated that it is a 24/7 shop and during a day like a Sunday it is really helpful know that even after 5pm you can still have a chance to buy some food for the coming week. I wouldn’t rate 5 stars only because during my shop experience today, once at the till, the cashier seemed very bothered to have had to leave the floor to join his colleague at the till as the queue for the checkout was not manageable for one cashier anymore. That made me uncomfortable to be honest and I think I spot his name, Julian. This guy should need some training and improve his customer service!
