Went to collect my prescription no pharmacist, went to another store they had to order the medication, when I went to collect again no pharmacist won't be using them again very poor...
My first visit to the pharmacy and it will be my last. On arrival, I was asked to fill a form for my flu jab. The assistant was stern and not customer friendly. She gave us wrong info at first until pharmacist put her right. While waiting for the jab, I was met with a cacophony of bitching and gossiping behind the screen. I could not wait to get out! This store needs to be professional and respectful as people visiting may have problems of their own and do not want this. However, the lady who gave me the jab was professional and did her job as expected.
This is an absolute shambles of a Pharmacy, they constantly forget to give prescribed items that are stored in the refrigerator, even though there is a blue sticker added to the ambient bag. This happened again only this week. The staff are just not bothered and every time that you pull them up on this issue they blame it on a new starter member of staff, which is a load of rubbish because this time it was the same staff member who served me on both occasions!!! This branch needs a proper management structure in there as it is as I've said a complete shambles. And a note to the Weldricks Staff who read these reviews don't bother asking me to email you for more details, as I've done that already and heard nothing back from the complaint I have previously raised !!!! So we have moved all our family's prescription needs now to Boots at Drake house.
I have been using this pharmacy since last July, and as a diabetic I get a regular prescription every month, and I can say with all certainty every single month my prescription has been made up wrong or I have had to ask for my insulin to be handed over as they would forget ! The final nail in the coffin was the last prescription where they issued me with the wrong sensor ! I then had to wait another 3 days for them to get the correct sensors in stock. So my time of using Weldricks is done if I could give them Zero stars I would. Off to a new Pharmacy I go !!!!
We, as a family have been using this pharmacy for 2 years now. All the staff have always been super helpful. My son has multiple orders each month and they always ensure the whole prescription is ready to collect ahead of their stated times. Myself and my daughter also have monthly prescriptions, on occasion we need these quickly and they are always happy to go above and beyond to provide this. Thank you for all that you do.
This Weldrecks have always been poor, but today after coming from the Drs. needing to start straight away on antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection and asthma, I took my prescription in to them & its only next door, only to be told they had "No Pharmacist" as noone had turned up, this was now 11a.m. So nothing could be dispensed. I came home tried phoning no one was picking up, then another drive round there, 12o'clock & still no pharmacist. That is like a pub with no beer, only worse! I asked if I could have my paper prescription back to take to another chemist then they said they couldn't find it, so had to print me off another one. It beggers belief! I took my prescription & I went round to Boots at Drakehouse, handed my prescription in 10 minutes later I was back home with my tablets. I am seriously thinking of changing to Boots at Drakehouse now.
Gave this 1 star because there is not an option for no stars went in for my prescription which had been ordered 9 days ago I was clean shaven when I went in.i had a full beard when I came out.there where 4 people behind the counter 4 in the shop. They lost 2 prescription claimed 1 had not been received.if you have nothing to do for a couple of hours it's fine
You'll be lucky to be able to collect all your medication at once , even wen your told to collect on a specific day. You can go back to this pharmacy everyday and they will still say "it will be here tomorrow " no wonder they have so many people waiting inside , everyone's told to go back !!
Terrible service. My prescriptions are never ready even after waiting 5 working days as advised. But that is not the worst. They have given me medication not prescribed for me at all. When the medication is correct it is the wrong dosage. Multiple times they have never had any stock after waiting over 5 days, leaving me without any medication. Medication that keeps me alive. Finally the staff are overheard sometimes complaing about customers giving out their personal data and medical conditions as they do so. I'm sorry to those who I did overhear. It makes me worry.
i have used this pharmacy for over 18 years and never had a problem the staff are lovely and always helpful, people tend to forget how busy they are and think that there is only themselves that need medication, This pharmacy serves a community of thousands of patients so people need to bare that in mind before writing negative reviews. you are all wonderful and extremely hardworking . thankyou
