   There self service checkouts are a scam. I paid for my items with touch which declined second time put my card in with pin and paid it took the money out of my account but machine said I didn’t pay. I showed two members of staff who were rude then called the manager who could clearly see my banking app he persistent to stand with his hands folded and didn’t speak just played with the machine. I was getting no where and walked out the shop lucky it was only 5 pounds. I will never return to that store bad management and poor customer service think you need to re train your staff! Would rather pay more and go to home bargains.

   AVOID this branch if you can. Unless you want to be verbally attacked, shouted and screamed at by Juhee at the tills. Have made a formal complaint regarding my experiences at this branch with Poundland Customer relations.

   I love this shop u get nice stuff although this one lady always at the payment area on Sundays JHUEE is so mean to me and my daughters she will scream in their faces and she is not nice she will make me embarrassed in front of everyone

   The worst poundland I have ever been to is the one borehamwood. The cashier left me standing and hanging four times and when I complained about attending to me and then move on to the next customer he was very rude. Avoid

   Have a word with your employee, Juhee. She has got to be the rudest shop assistant I have ever come across. Yesterday she really was at her worst. I scanned the white chocolate toffifees which came up as £1.25. I mentioned that the price displayed was £1. She shouted it was not £1 and do you want it or not. She did the same thing to someone else who was buying the same product and snatched it out his hand. I often hear her being rude to customers.

   Poundland, is brilliant because it literally sells itself. I have the deepest respect for any company that can and does tirelessly deliver to the wants and demands of the public "Everyday" that alone shows commitment and drive in meeting the demands on literally a daily basis. Poundland has been a beacon of hope to many and will remain so as we weather the storms ahead. They most certainly get a thumbs up from me.

   This store is well laid out and always looking clean and tidy. Great prices, and the odd offer comes in handy! The only downside is the annoying self service tills that you have to rely on staff to sort out when it goes wrong, which it did do a lot last time. Now I just wait for a staffed till.
