   Checked online and it stated that they opened at 9am, I arrived at 9am and the shutters and lights was still down I waited a few minutes and a lady arrived and opened up, I had come to collect my elderly parents prescriptions which was ordered a week prior, but the lady sed the pharmacist hadn't arrived yet so she couldn't dispense the medication and when she checked the system the medication wasn't even ready anyway which she sed would be a 15 minute wait, I had to be at work so couldn't wait so had to leave without the perceptions. Why open at 9am if you can't do anything because there is no pharmacist

   Apart from the not being able to serve during dispensing pharmacists lunch, ive always found these really good, its just a pain if you are shopping and don't realise they cant sell to you or do prescriptions while the chemist is out usually 1pm till 2pm but don't quote me

   does not state (anywere I can see anyway) that they close for lunch. iv taken time out on my only lunch break which is only half hour to get something I really needed and they wouldn't even make an exception to serve me while they all stood there. it says open 9am to 8pm this clearly isn't true terrible service

   One of the worst pharmacies about if they are not on a one-hour lunch break where you can't get anything prescription wise or over the counter stuff. They get your order and when you go to pick it up they have not dispensed it and ask you to come back 20 minutes later I am going to change to another late chemist who knows how to run a pharmacy!

   I visited this evening (19/2/21) wanting some steroid cream for a rash on my hands. I was promptly & politely greeted and served by a lovely young lady with long dark hair who quickly selected the correct item I had visited for. The pharmacist also examined my hands and gave me advice and instructions to help improve my symptoms. As a pharmacy technician myself, it's lovely to see the staff are taking the time to ask all the questions and advise patients even under so much pressure (it's easy to rush when you're busy and there is a queue building up). I'd just like to say thank you and I appreciate all your hard work in these times in such a stressful environment. Stay safe!
