This is my local pharmacy, poor service poor capability, more often than not can't "find" prescription, or delayed or unavailable product ....the team is friendly but the overall service is a poor, bad customer service experience. No real responsibility or leadership trying to improve things in wedricks in general.
Hands down the best pharmacy around. The girls working there are always super helpful and do their best to sort you out every time. As long as you follow their advice when ordering, I’ve never had an issue picking up my meds. Yeah, it gets busy—there’s usually a queue when I pop in—but the service is still spot on. Even when some people get rude and disrespectful (which I’ve seen a few times), the staff always keep it cool and professional. Honestly, big respect to them. Just wish people would treat them with the same respect they give out!
Excellent pharmacy with outstanding staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly, the girls are constantly going above and beyond for their patients. Keep up the good work ladies can’t thank you enough!
Well I thought I'd try this Weldricks chemist after a terrible experience I had by the woman with shoulder grey length hair & the Pharmacist at Field Rd Stainforth Weldricks. I cannot believe up to now what a totally difference experience, they are polite, helpful, and smiling set of staff. Even before I changed my prescriptions to Dunscroft I called one Saturday for an emergency perscription and the Pharmacist, who was a different one, was lovely and helpful. After speaking to two other customers who had the same service from that lady at Field Rd it made me feel better about bringing to peoples attention at H/O. Thank youto the team there, keep up the good work.
If you need to see incompetence and unprofessionalism at its finest then take a trip to station road Weldricks. The young female assistant attempted to bully myself in her attitude and condescending manner in front of other customers when I took some medication from the shelf at the side shelf.."in future, she said don't take any medication from the shelf without a member of staff with you" I replied, well in that case you should put a sign up to that effect. She replied in a cocky manner.....Well there is one.....where? I said. She then pointed to a sign which asked customers to ask advice from the staff when requiring the medication. I told her that this sign did not state that I could not remove medication from the shelf but merely asked customers to ask advice and that if she was unhappy with me removing it she should put a sign clearly stating that "No medication could be removed by customers" This arrogant woman realised that she was wrong and had picked on someone that could deal with her pathetic and childish behaviour, she quickly saw that other customers were seeing her for what she was, "a bully". I suggest that Weldricks tell their employees that customers should be treated with decency and not spoken down to like rubbish and people who bring their personal problems to their place of work should be given a job which is well away from members of the public. I feel sorry for any other customers who come face to face with this nasty person especially the elderly, i notice that Weldricks have another "bullying rude" related review by Katy Carberry, it is clear that they haven't improved since that incident and that Weldricks think this is acceptable. Weldricks, don't bother inviting me to put a complaint in for you to investigate, it's clearly a waste of time, just get a grip of your bad staff.....
Amazing !! Jenny and her team are fantastic. Pleasant, polite, trustworthy and nothing is too much trouble. I have has numerous problems from the chemist we have just left in Dunsville (let’s not start me off lol) and the difference from one to the other is unbelievable. The staff here have gone above and beyond to help me, and help me get things sorted. Their expertise is next to none, as is their compassion. I can only kick myself from not moving sooner. Thank you ladies x
This is by far the best chemist I have been to I have to go daily to collect my daily prescription and over the past 2 years I've been to over 8 different chemists and this one by far is the best. The staff are amazing there they are so welcoming and very friendly happy talkative and always ready and on hand to help you weather u want to purchase an item or collect a prescription or just a chat the staff are always very happy to help and make you feel comfortable and easy to talk to there is a confidential room too if you want to talk private the staff are always happy for you to talk in private. The waiting time is really good also as I've never waited more than 10 mins on a busy day and even while waiting the staff are talking and laughing with you making time pass quicker anyway so can't complain at all about anything as I 100% would highly recommended this chemist to litrally anyone as they treat everyone the same with the same level of respect. I really do highly recommend this chemist to anyone and everyone. Thanks Danielle
This is not a pharmacy it's a shop at best. Takes a week for the repeat prescription to be ready and then another week to be able to collect. I have been 3 times so far in the space of 3 days and pharmacist was not there and staff was not able to hand out ready bag of meds. Why does the pharmacy has not pharmacist and 4-5 shop keepers? Previously urgent inhaler for my son took over a week for kids steroids I had to drive around to collect somewhere else.
Appalling. Ordered on Monday and still not ready on Friday. The lady blamed the bank holiday - I pointed out I didn’t order until after then. She said I could wait but it would be at least 30 minutes. I asked if it could be delivered - she said 7-10 days. She then said that my doctor hadn’t signed and actioned it. So I checked. I ordered Monday am and it was actioned at 10.18am. Weldricks have used this excuse time after time and now, when I have checked they have shown themselves to tell lies and blame someone else. I now have to go back tomorrow- when it probably still won’t be ready.
Excellent service from all the staff here. The main pharmacist is extremely efficient and takes a personal interest in all his customers. There is always a happy atmosphere in the shop even at busy times when they are under pressure. It would be more convenient for us to use a pharmacy closer to home but because of the excellent care we receive here we choose to travel a short distance.
