   INCORRECTLY ACCUSED OF STEALING! Every time I come here there is an issue. The last time I went to this shop they charged £7 extra on my card due to a “mistake miscalculation” and just now I was accused of stealing. I walked into the shop with a very obvious Tesco meal deal in my hands. I didn’t buy anything from the shop and as I walked out I was shouted at by the man behind the till and chased out the shop. The man attempted to grab the crisps out of my hand to which I stopped him and suggested to him to watch the 10 different camera angles of CCTV they have on a big massive screen at the till section before accusing me incorrectly of stealing a measly packet of crisps. The man then went on to talk about me to the next customer (super unprofessional and extremely rude to do) and had a good ol giggle about me whilst I was still standing outside the shop. I went back into the shop upon seeing this behaviour and gave them a few choice words to which his colleague said to me “he made a mistake”. They seem to make a lot of mistakes in this shop… no point having a gazillion cameras around if you don’t use them. I’ve advised them to not go around making such foolish mistakes before they catch themselves doing this to the wrong person. I will no longer bother entering this extortionate shop, as the prices don’t match the treatment you receive.

   Please train your staff to actually read the instructions on the online orders and stop harassing customers when there are clear instructions. Because they are too lazy to read, they'll refuse any order regardless if there are specific instructions if an item or several are missing, so the store is missing on making money from orders just because they can't be bothered to read. Also, more than once we ordered a product and were given one of the same brand but different size or flavour. That's a refunded item that the store has to pay and make up for the loss.

   They talk about you in their language right in front of you and behind you. It’s like it’s a pain for them when you go collect a parcel. I was told by one employee’Vinted is for poor people and they sell rubbish stuffs. ‘ Never been there since. !!!

   This elderly staff with glasses is very rude .He didn't learn the meaning/usage of the words " thank you" when you done with your payment or post requesting a receipt. What a business.The others are nice and polite .
