   Whoever designed the lay out of this store, you need re educating on organising. Tins next to cereal? But porridge and oats are a different aisle? Why aren't similar products together? POS items should also be stocked in the relevant area, not instead of. Your store is an annoyance to walk around. The aisles are over crowded and packed together. Although it might be my closest supermarket, I will no longer be shopping there.

   I dread going into this store. The aisles are constantly too busy for you to be efficient with your shopping. The main front aisle is always clogged with people waiting to check out at the manned tills. The pharmacy is decent but that's about it. Just absolute chaos from start to finish.

   Finally got number signs of pay at pump great. But why so many when don’t offer Apple Pay. Not many people carry cards now. I realise can’t have mobile in garage so don’t have so many pay at pump only.

   A review for the staff. I've found the boys on the fruit and veg very helpful and cheerful. The lead manager Mark looked very smart nice to see a manager in a suit, working and helpful and pleasant.

   Go at 6am, the store is empty while the shelves are full. The staff are not stressed with crowds of shoppers and so are extremely helpful. One thing, they have big discounts for club card holders. Which is a disincentive to buy if you have forgotten your clubcard. They should think this through

   It's OK, big enough to carry a range of products, but yet not big enough to provide enough variation within those products. Plus does not carry enough special offers compared to its larger shops. So you definitely pay for the convenience.

   The store is good but service in the cafe is not good. I went at 3pm, they told me they weren't doing food anymore even though they are open until 4pm. I think the staff just wanted to go home early!
