   As with numerous other VERY NEGATIVE REVIEWS about this god awful practice I would give 0 star if I could .. I attempted to get a flu jab .. told to sit and wait then totally ignored for 20 minutes (after my appointment time) I then read the dreadful previous reviews and there was no way then I was going to allow an injection to be given to me at this CAR CRASH AND ACTUALLY QUITE SCRUFFY practice .. very sad that a supposed reputable company allow this very poor level of service to their customers .. very angry about the whole experience

   0 stars should be an option. The pharmacy staff are rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. They give customers incorrect information and refuse to take responsibility when they’re wrong. An embarrassment to Peak Pharmacy.

   Well again and again they let you down, give you excuses about its the doctors fault when they are just incompetent. Sent a prescription electronically on the 4th. Today still not ready just more excuses. Rude staff I'm moving to one that treats customer as people not just an inconvenience. I'M sorry if I disturb your extra drink and standing around chats I know it was only 20 minutes after your lunch but nearly 9 days to get my meds 9 days of extra pain. But it's fine I could see you are over worked and I can see that all the delays are always down to the doctors and not yourself. I hope you can sleep well at nights I know I won't be thanks to your incompetence and attitude. And let's not get started on your customer service or lack of ( rude would be the word of the day) .

   Tried to get a repeat Perscription and every time it was picked up I had the phone hung up on me 9 times over a period of 3 hours, when it did get answered and I complained all I got as a response was it can’t have happened, it did and there service is appalling, I’ll take my business elsewhere and I suggest if you want a friendly reliable service you do the same

   Had a repeat prescription service at this chemist for my daughter's epilepsy tablets. Ordered the prescription and went to collect the following week. No tablets as they had sent the prescription request to another surgery! Was told they would send the request by fax as a matter of urgency as we had few tablets left. Two days and a few phone calls later, still no tablets and also none left at home. The staff at the chemist said if I needed the tablets urgently I would need to contact the surgery and tell them what has happened. I did this and the surgery were very helpful but did confirm that the prescription request had only got to them that morning! Nobody at the chemist apologised or offered to help and get the problem sorted because it was their mistake. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Will not be using this particular chemist again.
