   Pharmacy closed on the weekend. What if I need medicine. This is ridiculous. There's no reason they can't be open. I can't wait until Monday but I don't know how else to get my medicine.

   Came to collect a prescription sent from hospital when I arrived they didn't have it got told to come back the next day. came back the next day still didn't have it but the woman who served me was extremely rude could tell she didn't want to serve or speak that was Thursday been in every day amd still they've not got it why not communicate with the hospital and tell them you dont have this in stock

   Terrible pharmacy, even worse since they merged. They constantly have issues with supplying needed medications but don't inform you until you attempt to collect, but also don't try to collect too early or they get grumpy. So you end up left without medication having to figure out what to do.

   Been going here for a couple months and the more frequently i go the more i realise how rude, ignorant and how generally insensitive the staff are! They take far too long to acknowledge you let alone serve you. They’re work ethic just doesn’t seem to be there and the way they talk to and about costumers is appalling.. i overheard a staff member tell a colleague “go serve this lady ‘cause she’s just being annoying” all because she asked for a box of painkillers after she had been stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with absolutely no service!I was shocked to say the least . Highly do not recommend!

   We've been going to this Pharmacy for 19 years. The Staff are brilliant they care, they're helpful, they go to great lengths to advise and help for whatever your concerned about. I've been there when the occasional customer is rude and abusive, they remain calm. The Pharmacists will always come through and discuss any problems you might have. They are wonderful. 19 yes a customer, never had a problem.

   Being going here now for a few months. Frequently I find several members of staff only too willing to ignore me. On more than one occasion I've stood waiting while 2 women will be behind the counter willfully ignoring me, another couple behind the counter with actual pharmacist at least looking a bit busy, not always though. Was a guy there for a while who actually was helpful. Honestly, you need to sort it out.

   Wait time is ridiculous, never understand why. 6 members of staff on and me and two others been stood here for over 15 mins. Not sure what they are doing half the time. Staff are normally pleasent just slow it would appear.

   Woman with dark hair and glasses is extremely rude to customers. Was asked how I pay for prescriptions and asked for proof. I could not get Internet to show her the email certificate. I then decided to look for it in a text, when she turned towards others working In the back and rolled her eyes, looking annoyed. Customer service training needed!! I am now in the process of changing pharmacy.

   I've never given just 1 star. Extremely rude! Another customer was whitness and asked if I was ok outside. It was 1 certain woman who worked behind the desk. She asked my name when I'd said it clearly she said 'What?' I moved closer (still keeping a distance) and she yelled to move back I apologized and she went on about staying behind a sign a sign that she'd failed to put up correctly and had fallen down. She also spoke over me when signing my prescription. I'd report her if I thought she was worth my energy. Never had a problem before but today was so not ok. Actually I may decide to report to whichever comission takes charge of things such as these. If you happen to read this lady just know you are very very rude and Ill see that it gets addressed. Stavley pharmacy. Shameful
