   I have been turned away from the cashier queue by staff members, who advised me to use the self-checkout instead, even though I had no problem waiting for my turn or showing any complaint. Furthermore, when I shop at night, this has happened several times with the excuse that I do not have many items, and I have been repeatedly told to use the self-checkout, which is not a policy of Lidl. I verified this after being turned away from the till. Previously, I didn’t have a problem until last night, around between 09:40pm to 10:20pm (didn’t record the exact time), when I was rudely directed to the self-checkout before even placing my items near the counter. It feels as if I am being stepped on simply for choosing to pay at the cashier’s till instead of using the self-checkout. This treatment seems unacceptable, especially since the staff are working for a company with rules and policies. Is choosing to stand in a queue a crime? Is simply paying my money and leaving considered a crime in this store? Does a staff member derive any satisfaction from behaving in this way? At the very least, I would have appreciated being treated with respect. Being dismissed and turned away solely for choosing the cashier’s till is shameful. This treatment feels somewhat discriminatory, and it is simply not right!!!

   Hello to all. In last shopping in this store almost every time I find mistakes, like paying for items I never bought, paying for more items than I bought and last time with club card lidl plus I got discounts on several items and they changed regular price, some specific vegetables was for free and they said the system wasn’t working. We have to be very careful and always check the receipt

   I have been a loyal customer of Lidl for several years, both in the Czech Republic and internationally , Lidl consistently offers a wide range of high-quality products across multiple brands at competitive prices, making it one of my preferred grocery retailers. The store’s extensive selection and reliable service have made it a go-to for me. I have always found the staff to be friendly, professional, and attentive, and the European colleagues at the checkout are particularly welcoming. Today, I was assisted by new Jewish members at the register, and I was impressed by shes efficiency and professionalism lovely . One of my standout purchases is the Scottish Aberdeen steak, which I find to be exceptionally flavourful when prepared in the traditional manner. Overall, Lidl continues to be an excellent choice for quality and value.

   A great place for daily shopping. Unfortunately, there is no way of checking if certain items are in stock. Often you may have to queue a long time at the checkout.

   Lidl has always been the go-to store for me. Quality products for value. The reason why I only rate the store 4/5 is because the supply for eggs is fairly insufficient. Often times eggs are all sold out by 3:30pm. So if you want to buy eggs you may want to go no later than like 2pm. All good. I hope Lidl can put more eggs on the shelf though.
