   Went to pickup my prescription in August for a gout flair up. Noticed two days later that my gout was getting even worse. Then noticed that I had been given the wrong tablets. The stickers on bottle was correct but the tablets and plastic container said something else. I had been given an antisickness drug. I decided to let this go at the time has they apologised and exchanged to the correct ones. Just thought anyone can make a mistake. However I've just collected today another prescription for the same problem gout again. This time I didn't receive the usual 100 tablets in the official container. I received only 22 in a made-up bottle. And it said 30 on the labeled bottle. In future I will be avoiding this place .

   No flexibility whatsoever with vulnerable/elderly patients. Couldn’t care less if they’ve received vital medication or not. Also some of the most unhelpful and rude pharmacy staff I have ever had the misfortune to come across!

   Mr Senior is probably the nicest and most helpful pharmacist I have ever met. Goes above and beyond. But I can't deal with his rude and dismissive counter staff anymore. I will use a different pharmacy in future.
