   Be cautious when shopping here. I visited this shop today with my friend to buy five items: onions, mango, walnuts, lavashak, and bin bags. The young male cashier didn’t scan the products — he simply told us the prices from memory, without showing anything on a screen or having price tags on the items. He quickly gave us a total of £14.97 and rushed us to pay, saying there were other customers waiting. Outside the shop, we felt something was off and went back to check. At first, he insisted the amount was correct, but when we asked him to break down the prices, he hesitated and then suddenly said he “might have made a mistake.” Eventually, he gave us a new receipt for £11.40 — nearly £4 less. He also took back the original receipt, which seemed intentional. This experience felt dishonest and left a bad impression. Double-check your total and ask for clear pricing before paying here.

   Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was rude, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get someone's attention, and when I did, the staff acted like I was bothering them. Zero courtesy, no willingness to help — just blank stares and bad attitudes. But the worst part? The hygiene. I bought meat that smelled off the moment I opened it. It looked discolored, felt slimy, and clearly was not fresh. When I called to complain, they dismissed my concerns and refused to offer a refund or even an apology. Honestly, I’m shocked that a business like this is still operating. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Bad service is one thing, but risking your health with questionable meat? That’s completely unacceptable. Never coming back.

   Definitely the first and last time I will go into this shop, I went to purchase some snacks for my son and the extremely rude man picked up one of my items and slammed it down on the counter, when I politely remarked that he could place it down gently he picked it up again looked at me and slammed it down again. I was so taken back and annoyed with my self for not walking out there and then. I paid and left, the two men made me feel very uncomfortable, to the kind gentleman who was behind me and commented to rise above it, I thanked him and left. Dynamic Local your staff need customer service training

   Well that's the last time I am ever going back there. One of owner there was pretending to be on his phone and was following me around the aisles. This is the same place where I used my card with their machine, and Barclays immediately issued me a new bank card because the machine had captured my card details.
