Today, I visited the store and noticed that the prices of the promotional items were not reflected on the POS. When I asked a female staff member about it, she shouted at me, insisting that the prices were applied even though they did not appear on the POS. She did not appear to be Korean. As a Korean customer who has visited this store multiple times, I was disappointed by the level of customer service. Experiences like this can negatively affect the image of Korea, which I sincerely hope can be avoided.

The shop is nice, clean and tidy inside. No bad smells like in some shops. The staff is and helpful. The products are very nicely arranged on the shelves. They tasty snacks. The shop is very easy to find and from the outside it looks more like a beauty salon or a cosmetics shop. The shop is situated on the ground floor below Hammersmith bus station. Hammersmith tube station is 2-3 minutes walk away.

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I went in yesterday evening with my daughter because she loves making her own bubble tea. We were 'served' by a young woman with a horrible horrible attitude! She scanned our products and that was it, there was no greeting, no smile, no customer service, she didn't ask if we needed a bag and she just left our products on the cash desk for us to reach over the counter and gather. I have been in a few times and have noticed a difference in service for 'some' customers, their staff seem to have a problem with customers with diversity and their security guard chooses who to follow around the shop, which makes shopping uncomfortable. I WILL NOT be returning, as I do not believe in supporting a business with such awful service. There are other retailers in Hammersmith that have better customer service, and better stock and Ichiba in Westfield W12 has lovely customer service and great stock. Also Oseyo DO NOT take cash. OSEYO HAMMERSMITH YOU SHOULD DO BETTER! RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH!!!

Incredibly practical Food store serving Korean and other Asian cuisines, open seven days, carries a wide range of pickles, sauces, instant pots, loose noodle packets, and sweet delights in plenty. Wide variety Mochi and pancakes are delicious.Β  It's not sure if the aisles are wheelchair-friendly because they grow somewhat narrow once passed the entryway. If you are unable to reach anything on the shelf, I'm sure your staff would be pleased to get them for you. It's a terrific spot to get supplies for a movie night or travel munchies. It's a welcome diversion from the typical grocery chains. After a five-year decline, I believe the Broadway mall is finally starting to take on its original character. They wont accept CASH..

Extremely convenient Korean & other Asian cuisine food store open 7 days a week until 10 pm. Stocks usual variety of loose noodle packs and instant pots, pickles, sauces and tons of sweet treats. Aisles are quite narrow once you get past the entrance so not sure it's wheelchair friendly. I'm sure assistants would be happy to get things from the shelves if you can't reach them. It's a great place to stock up on travel snacks or a cinema trip. It makes a pleasant change from usual supermarket chains. I think the Broadway mall is definitely regaining it's identity after a five year slump.

Giving this full five star because of their super helpful staff and great collection of Chinese, Korean and Japanese food! Very small shop but they had loads of stuff that you will not find in super markets!

A decent selection of Korean and Chinese products, although the small size of the store makes the degree of choice a lot more limited than some of the other μ˜€μ„Έμš” locations. Staff are hit and miss in terms of enthusiasm although I don't think any are rude (though I've not had to ask for help so far so can't comment on how helpful they are).

Honestly amazing, I’ve been here twice as it is a journey from my home. I tend to stay safe and just buy common Korean foods like the λžŒμ—°, but the tteokbokki is amazing for it’s price, I cannot recommend it enough. I’m also now seeing a lot of reviews regarding being individualised and being victims of prejudice due to race. As a black woman all of my interactions with staff have been rather extremely positive. They have quite a positive aura and when I went to the till they showed utmost respect.. One lady even complimented my bracelet. Perhaps I’m lucky?

Well stocked Korean grocery store. Grab anything from drinks to noodles to gochujang or taro desserts here.
