   This is a very busy but great pharmacy. The pharmacists are lovely, friendly and helpful. The assistants (apart from one - who unfortunately is always brusque and a tad rude/unhelpful) are also approachable, helpful and patient. They always make an effort to get prescriptions completed quickly. The pharmacist often telephones to see how i’m getting along approx a week or so later, if I’ve been prescribed a new medication.

   Fantastic pharmacy. Customer service is exceptional and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and also patient which is so important when you have multiple health issues that can cause you brain fog. Work so hard to get your prescriptions ready on time.

   Got a terrible headache just before Christmas, when everything would be closed. And we were here, near Chesterfield on holiday. The staff was great. After short conversation about my symptoms I got advice what exactly to buy and how to administer that medication. It took me another two days finally to get rid of my headache but medication helped me do not suffer all that time so much as I suffered previous couple of days trying different types of painkillers. Thank you, ladies! You didn't let the headache to spoil my Christmas!

   Hi guys. I would just like to thank all of you’re wonderful staff for always being nothing but 5*. The girls on the counter are always extremely polite, knowledgeable in there field. If it’s anything they are unsure of, they ask the pharmacist, the girls behind in the dispensary, work extremely hard in making sure my prescriptions are done more than on time, and the text message service is Superb. The pharmacist are second to none, with there knowledge, helpful advice. This is old school pharmacy in this era. It’s about patient care and not meeting targets. I’m a registered pharmacy technician myself and I’m aware of how busy pharmacy can be, also to split yourself in two is so hard. But you guys make it look effortless. Thank you so much for being the hub of our community. We are very lucky to have you. Many thanks Natalie Barker
