   I just had an ear wax removal done and I'm over the moon now I can hear again better and not got any pressure in my ears, £50 to have ears checked and then wax removed from both ears, Sue was really friendly and professional too, I definitely recommend this service everyone

   Queuing time is ridiculous, snaking around shop and out into carpark, one member of staff serving, elderly gentleman in front of me unable to stand for long, no seats free, missing items from a number of customers in front of me, absolute shambles, disgraceful.

   Slow service with a sign saying waiting times are 30 minutes due to “the governments, pharmacy first initiative”. You would have thought they’d be grateful for the extra business. The door, entranceway and displays are mucky. The staff are nice and pleasant and the only reason I’ve left 2 stars and not 1. Also, what shop doesn’t display their opening times on the front door? No opening time to be seen. All the basics missing here in my opinion, all points in the direction of poor management.

   The pharmacist here is my hero. I contracted Lyme disease from a tick bite. It is rare and the doctors obviously didn’t know how to treat it properly. I was given a prescription for the correct antibiotic, but for 1 week instead of 3, and at half the correct dose. The treatment they gave me is very unlikely to have cured me. There is a 2 month long saga with the doctors misdiagnosing/losing records/doing the wrong tests that I won’t bore you with but the pharmacist was amazing! When I told her it was for Lyme disease she immediately said that it was an inadequate treatment and told me to call my GP. She also called the surgery on my behalf and explained the correct treatment to the doctors! I eventually got the right treatment and a formal apology from the doctors. If Lyme disease isn’t treated promptly it can be very nasty but thank to the pharmacist I made a full recovery. I can’t thank her enough.

   Given what's happening with COVID and the different rules being applied, I have found this chemist and the employees, to be 1st class. My only issue, is having to wait in the rain, but they cannot be blamed for the weather!

   Wonderful staff they really can't do enough to help. How they remember the amount of people who they see shows their dedication to their jobs they know 99% of their customers really well. I can't fault the staff or the huge variety of items they sell

   The staff in the chemist are absolutely wonderful. They are always so helpful and polite. They’re small, but there’s always a little something to buy. This is the friendliest chemist I’ve ever been to.
