Poor service my prescription was sent to them when I went to collect sid not get it for 3 days was told they had not received it when I contacted my gp and went they found it dated the day it was issued no apology shambolic service they need to retrain the staff working there

Says they're open Saturday mornings 9-1 but they weren't open this Saturday at 10am. Can't go through the week as I'm at work 9-6. In agony now with no painkillers and will have to be late for work on Monday to go pick them up.
