   If I could rate this store and its staff members negatively, I certainly would! Over the past year, I have observed the African female security guard harassing my children, myself, and other customers by following us throughout the store and demanding that we show her the contents of our bags before entering or exiting the shop. A similar incident occurred today at approximately 3:30 pm, where we were pursued by this security guard as soon as we entered the store. Subsequently, an Indian staff member inquired if I required assistance, and I expressed my concerns to him regarding the ongoing harassment by their security guard since August 2024. He appeared to defend her actions, asserting that she was merely performing her duties, which I do not accept, as her role is to monitor the entrance of the shop and prevent those who have not paid from exiting the shop. I also mentioned that I had witnessed numerous thieves in their store, whom they ultimately failed to apprehend. If they genuinely wish to safeguard their establishment from thieves, they should instruct their security guard to remain at the entrance from Monday to Sunday (not just on Fridays!) and repair their malfunctioning security alarm! The conduct of both the staff members and the security guard is utterly unprofessional!

   I rarely write reviews because even when I have bad experiences, I find it's easier to take a breath and walk away than get annoyed. I mention that to emphasise just how bad my experience at this Tesco has been. I live 30 seconds away and shop here daily. Today marks the fourth time in two months that the security woman at the entrance (small African woman, headscarf, high-vis jacket) has insinuated that I'm stealing. The first time, she got uncomfortably close as I scanned my groceries. Fine. The second time, she hovered again—this time watching the entire process—then still asked if I had paid for everything after seeing me complete the transaction. The third time was more of the same. Today—the fourth incident—I walked in holding an already full grocery bag, which she saw. As I scanned four Tesco items, she questioned whether I’d been to another shop… despite clearly watching me walk in with the bag. And again, she got very, VERY close. I'm half tempted to speak with a lawyer because I’m furious at being repeatedly and baselessly profiled and harassed. She has watched me scan and pay for items, yet still feels entitled to confront me—getting close enough that I’m half-worried I’ll be charged with assault by proximity if she leans in any further. She hovers like she’s one bad decision away from skin-on-skin contact—like a budget clairvoyant trying to read guilt through my epidermis. Honestly, if she got any closer, I’d need a safe word and a restraining order. Jokes aside, I’m disgusted by the behaviour of this staff member. This is not how loyal, paying customers should be treated. Please take disciplinary action before this escalates further.

   Horrible shop, horrible staff, no bargains, deliberatly don't stock cheaper options, stopped serving half bottles vodka in order to force you into buying more than you need. Always a queue, only ever one person serving DESPITE having four till set ups. been like that since day one. Walk 3 mins further down and use the Sainsburys insted, still not the greatest but better than the rip off Tesco.

   Staff here don’t seem to really care about customers. They don’t often say excuse me or thank you and a number of times I have been left (with other customers) stood waiting to be served whilst an employee nearby ignores us to carry on with what they’re doing. Rush around with cages and just expect you to move out of the way for them. Have also been in and they have left cardboard on the floor where people need to walk and generally don’t seem to acknowledge any customers from what I can tell.

   Two store associates felt the need to follow me out of the store and accuse me of not paying for my groceries. I had proof of the charge on my phone. Like seriously? Even though they did apologise and said they had mistaken me for another person, they must like to think any customer is a common criminal. Now every time I go in, I print the receipt and wave it to the store associate closest by.

   It never happened to me... Just treated as a thief by the Store Manager who is called Siano or something like this... just because of his impression... This time obviously wrong... Instead of that... Please check your shelves and organize few of them... But honestly I am not impressed after read the reviews that place already have. Hope Tesco (at least that one) implant some customer service courses... just to learn few basics as for example to say say sorry when you are in the customer way while you´re filling the shelves. REALLY REALLY BAD.

   Asked me to leave the store before actual closing time. @10.57. says closing 11pm. Not the way to do business to ask me to leave before it's even closed. More training is obviously needed

   I have just discovered you can leave a review on a Tesco Express and have witnessed the poor reviews upon this fine establishment. Hey, I’ll admit. This store is not perfect. It’s a little rough around the edges and sure sometimes the veg is a bit wack. But it has frequently provided many a light snack, a quick meal deal or a late night dinner, pulling through in the darkest of hours. The staff seem safe and they tryin their best, always helpin out when u need to verify somethin on the self checkout. Often solving this issue from the counter whilst dealing with another customer. Multi-Tasking. Impressive. Viva La Tesco Fulham!
