    PRICE FIXING TO THEIR NEEDS!!! I had to buy a small card as an emergency, went to till, scan price came up to 50p, then the woman changed it to £2.49, when asked for receipt gave me one for household item. Never going in there again!

    Spark is a local convenience store which is family run they are one of the only shops locally to the immediate housing areas and that are a very polite family who are very polite andalways ready to help you in any way they can assist from this so the nearest convenience store is nearly a mile away.

    Rude and unhelpful. Sold me two Oyster cards that I paid £14 for. I cannot top them up, both cards say they are invalid. The store won't take them back. So now I'm out of pocket £14 for something that is likely now to just go in the bin. Won't ever be shopping here ever again

    I am absolutely disgusted. I’m heartbroken, the fact that I was trying to buy some crisps. However, I dropped them, yet i payed for them. He called me crazy and had an attitude towards me. I hope he isn’t like this to others.

    One of the staff is very polite, the guy with glasses and mustach the heavier one ! The rest cant even answer to Hi/Hello despite of being a customer in this shop for many years! Don't know why and I honestly try to avoid the shop unless necessary. Serving customers whilst talking in another language on their mobile is quite rude !

    Good people, good prices. Lovely to kids. They load the cash machine with their own money - in a bid for people to spend it in their shop, so understandable if they get miffed when people take too much and don't spend it in their shop. No charge taking out money, unlike the extortionate cash machine over the road.
