   I came for a consultation today and the reception staff were kind and attentive. It was very quiet and I got seen after less than 5 minutes. I went into the consultation room with the pharmacist and she was so lovely and took the time to talk to me. I was prescibed medication very quickly and overall it was a very efficient and lovely service.

   Absolutely shocking and unacceptable service. Rude member of staff with blonde hair and glasses. I propose staff training in customer services, visit made on 2nd December at 09.05. I encountered the most diabolical member of staff.

   Excellent service from this pharmacy, I have had problems for years with my old pharmacy and it’s so good to have a reliable service , especially for someone that works full time and can’t keep calling in when prescription aren’t ready , now I get an automatic monthly prescription and a text to say it’s ready

   Had an awful time the the person on the till. Very rude. My child had a temperature and under the minor ailments scheme you can get free Calpol. However the man on the till refused to give it to me. And he was very unprofessional and arguing. Not impressed and I will not be visiting again.
