   Edited from 1 star review in 2024. Loads better now. More helpful now too. No issues for a long time. Half the time they can't be arsed to dispense meds even when they have them in stock, they just try fob you off. I've also been guaranteed they have stock if I change the dosage on the script, just been in and been sent away with nothing, phoned asda and they have some but will order the rest in and will be delivered next day. Why can't this place do that? Shambles of a pharmacy now. Used to be brilliant

   I have used this pharmacy for many years now. All pharmacies are busy and have long waits and this is no different. I understand how busy they can be (I have 16 years experience in pharmacy) however one member of staff which has influenced my level review not all being negative I believe her badge name is Amber? What a polite young lady and excellent member of the team. She is new here however has her fingers in many pies when I come in. She is on hand to help and always happy. The one gripe I will mention is the way I have witnessed other members of staff talking to her on seperate visits. Wow just wow! If this was my son/ daughter or myself I would not be happy. They are rude and nasty to her. Bullies in my opinion! Maybe if they helped a little more and had time and respect for eachother it would make the pharmacy team work a little more pleasant and efficient for customers and reviews may be better. Amber keep up the hard work I can assure you it doesn't go unnoticed from customers!

   Disgusting attitude dirty looks because people were having a winge I went in early for my prescription as I was coming back from shopping and she shouted infront of every one I did say come for them at 4pm ! Another time I've Qued was at front of que an a bloke walks in straight infront of me and gets his medication straight away oh was it because he was wearing a suit ! I'm so verry glad I will never have to use this chemist ever again vile staff

   Always used the chemist if I needed a prescription as it’s next to the surgery, and the staff have always been pleasant and helpful but haven’t used in a few years as I haven’t needed a prescription but went a few days ago and the staff have changed and are definitely not helpful or that pleasant. The only reason I’d give them 2 stars is for the convenience of the location.

   I'm really surprised to see that this pharmacy has less than 4stars at least ! Staff are always so helpful, nothing is too much of an ask and if it's possible they 'will' . Thankyou all at huthwaite pharmacy for always answering my calls and my crazy medical questions even when you are super busy ! It's much appreciated from the Lynks ☺️

   Absolutely brilliant, don't know how I would have got through these last few months without the support of all the staff. Nothing has been too much to ask and I am forever grateful for every little thing they have helped me with. Keep up the amazing work and remember you will never please everyone but you are all heros to me.

   Up until recently, I have been very satisfied. Today I went in and part of prescription was missing again. I understand the staff are in stressful position but the tone of a member of staff was disrespectful. So I know have to ring again for missing medication.

   Excellent staff and service is 100% .. I think A LOT of these people who have rated 1 star need to realise the pharmacy only do what comes on a prescription and if things are missing that's the surgery who they need to question over it. They should also check there OWN prescription before leaving the pharmacy to make sure all items are there and in regards to someone's comment about not being given there prescription due to the pharmacist not being there, that's law ducky and infact the pharmacist is a human being and strangely needs to have a lunch break!! Quite simply, they should take themselves elsewhere if they are that bad of a pharmacy :)
