Mostly snacks and junks food in this store as lunch breaks destination. Not ideal for proper food shopping. Also they have this scam offers by the till. It’s been one week that they promote protein drinks for £2.30 but then at the till is £3.20 as the flavours they put there is different.
I've been a regular customer at Tesco Express for quite some time, but unfortunately, I've noticed a trend lately. The store seems to be transforming into something resembling an American candy shop like those you see on Oxford Street, filled with sweets and an abundance of useless drinks. Meanwhile, they appear to be cutting back on essentials that shoppers actually need. The meat selection has become particularly disappointing, and I was shocked to find that they no longer sell sliced cheese. It's frustrating when basic items are missing from the shelves. Additionally, they keep changing the location of items on the shelves, making it difficult to find what you need quickly. One of the few reasons I still visit this Tesco is for the pastries, which are usually quite good. However, even these are not always reliable, as they sometimes don't arrive until after 10 am, which is inconvenient for early shoppers. If you need to return a parcel here, be aware that the printer seems to always be "broken." I recommend printing the label at home to avoid any hassle. In comparison, the Sainsbury’s next door, despite being smaller, offers a better range and almost more choice. As a result, I've found myself shopping more at Waitrose and Sainsbury's instead of Tesco Express. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the direction this Tesco is heading. I hope they reconsider their product selection to better serve their customers needs.
Should get more people to use self checkout.everyone goes to the service / tobacco desk to buy their shopping I suspect cause they are lazy / don’t know how to use the machine. Unless buying cigarettes or dropping a return off people should use the self checkouts.
Large Tesco Express with wide aisles and great selection of goods. The self-service machines are large for a Tesco Express but certainly needed, and there are a few regular tills there too. Some staff are not helpful. It's also best not to bring cash here too for the machines as they are card only. At least this place is quiet during lunch times unlike Tesco Express in Mayfair. The Mayfair store staff are friendlier.
I've been shopping at this Tesco for a while now, and it's been a decent experience overall. The store has a good selection of products, and the prices are reasonable. However the checkout lines can get quite long during peak hours. The staff are generally friendly, but the service can be a bit hit or miss. It's an okay place to do your grocery shopping, but there's room for improvement.
worse tesco Ive been to payzone machine (to pay for british gaz) is never working atm is always out of service there hasn’t been a time ive been there and havent been disappointed staff (not all but mostly) are very rude
Evri doesn’t work here!!! They say their printer doesn’t work apparently for the last half year. Bringing people to their store under false advertisement. No other Evri printer ever doesn’t work so this is clearly on purpose
Convenient but getting more expensive every day, with products keep going up by 5p/10p and some considerably more and the range of brands available is declining.
Today at 18:15 I went to the tesco to drop off my parcel and amazing man (in the tobacco section) helped me so politely! I love people there! Always so helpful.i Highly recommend this place! 5star customer service for me! :)
A medium store but with all the usual Tesco bargains. Very well stocked for a medium sized store.
