   Lovely community pharmacy. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is that it's not open on weekends. 2 recent retirements, which included the resident pharmacist, might alter the dynamics. However, locum cover has been excellent. If your prescription drug isn't in stock, it will be ordered for the next day, sometimes later that afternoon.

   Refused to give prescription that was written at the hospital (for a community pharmacy), and told us that no other pharmacy would either as it was written at a hospital, which is complete nonsense and misinformation. Had to go back to the hospital (who said the prescription is indeed for a community pharmacy) to see another doctor who had to put her initials and extension number on the prescription incase this pharmacy gave us any more problems Complete incompetence, and not for the first time.

   Moved to this pharmacy thinking they would be quicker than Lloyds getting repeat prescriptions ready. This is the 2nd month and again after 1 week still not ready. As you cannot order early from GP you end up running out before you get your prescription. How can other pharmacies get them ready within 48hrs!!!!
