I really regret writing this feedback but I feel I have to because I was treated with great indifference, I went shopping yesterday 16-11-2025, I also had something to return (bought from another Lidl), the guy at till number 2 asked for the card I paid with, I couldn't find it, I quickly paid for the purchases and left, I stayed by the car to check and came back to return what I wanted (pants), when I arrived I went back to till number 2 (I'm sorry I didn't get the name) but you can check who was there at 12:04pm, now he tells me that the product can't be returned because it's from another Lidl, although I know 100% that it's not true, he talks and makes bad jokes about me in the radio with his manager, the manager comes to tell me the same thing that IT CANNOT BE DONE, the reason is that it's from another Lidl, but I say the same thing, IT CAN BE DONE, when he notices that I know, He tells me very well that he is trying, and what do you think, he was able to do it, aaaa I forgot to specify that when I was shopping because I was too nervous about the employee's attitude I didn't pay attention to the change, he was supposed to give me change for £2.31 but I received £1.31, I say the same thing, yesterday when he did the till the employee definitely had an extra £1, this can be confirmed in the manager's office if he is interested in reading what I wrote, everything is true, so the experience I had yesterday was a very misinformed one from the employee but also from the manager. There needs to be training, if not with the till guy, at least the manager needs to be informed to provide concrete information to the customer, I understand it was very busy but that's all because of the customers, who come to shop, because of the customers you have hours to work, it's busy, you have hours, it's not busy stay home on unpaid leave

You ruined it. You doubled the number of self checkouts, which is great, but kept only two staff to manage them, and told them they can't help the other side, for some reason. And having to scan the receipt to exit is really dumb. Especially when the checkout machine doesn't print the receipt.

Absolute pleasure to shop in this branch. Very spacious looking from outside and even bigger looking inside. Filled with stock up to the roof and what is quite shocking, you can actually meet some staff members between the aisles who will be happy to assist you to find needed product or even take you the aisle to look for it with you. Big parking to park easy with plenty of parking space

Best run Lidl iv been to. Staff are friendly and the shelves are stocked before entry almost every morning when you enter first thing. The staff on check outs are helpful and quick. Only couple issues I have are the parking spaces for disabled and family's are always occupied by entitled fools that should not be there and Lidl do nothing about it. Also the odd person pushing in the checkouts with a couple items when there are self checkouts free.

Good range of value produce. Bit discheveled.. Little trolleys had locked front wheel...no idea how to unlock so had to use big trolley...mmm..is this to make you buy more? Staff could be friendlier...there was an issue with the person in front of me at checkout...had to wait ages ..no apology made!! Nonetheless it's worth a visit.
