   One word comes to mind: incompetent. Often long wait times and sometimes when I attempt to collect my medication they've put it back out so I am forced to obtain another prescription from the GP, it's ridiculous. I get my medication every two months so when they keep sending me reminders to collect it I don't actually need it at the time and will collect it when it's due , they never seem to understand this and I'm sick of explaining it to them. Also recently my GP sent a prescription for my HRT treatment through which I went to collect, initially I was getting 3 months worth, I went to collect it only to discover on my way home that there was no HRT treatment in the bag, it was my Rivaroxaban so I had to go back and tell them that's NOT what I came for or needed at that time. They never apologised for their mistake, I find the staff there utterly useless. I would advise anyone to find an alternative Pharmacy as I have.

   Never had an issue that wasn't resolved promptly. All staff are kind and polite. Lucky to have a good pharmacy close by.

   Rude unfriendly staff, they ask you if you can come in over an hour before the place shuts so they "can get off home on time so makes it better for them".... but they keep you waiting forever! I was accused of being abusive and threatening but I was actually on the phone so I was actually talking about someone completely different, but one of them was clearly eavesdropping on my phone call and assumed I was talking about her, (because as it goes I didn't like her anyway, rude with zero people skills) and I've basically been banned from there!!! Can't say I'm disappointedl tbh!! They think they run the place well but the amount of people that walk out fuming as they NEVER have people's prescriptions and the amount of bad reviews on here would say different!! Shocking place, avoid!!!

   A little understaffed, so there are frequent queues, but the staff are helpful and friendly. The main pharmacist feels like someone you could trust. If you go when it's quiet or you're willing to be patient you'll be wholly satisfied. (If you're not 100% sure your prescription is ready, I recommend calling ahead to avoid disappointment).

   Booked my flu jab with these guys, a few days before the appointment I was emailed saying my appointment had been cancelled as they didn't have any flu jabs...then why let me book it if you have no stock?? I have to contact the pharmacy to request a refund then wait 10 days for it! Shocking service, if you can't provide the service why should I be chasing around after you for my money back?? I wouldn't trust them to prescribe anything important!!

   Appalling, they almost never have the medication you been prescribed, when they do they always ask you to come back next day because it's never ready. Spent a whole day calling and they never pick it up the phone, when you go there in person the place is always empty and you can hear the phone ringing but nobody picking it up. It's shocking that they are still in business, I am definitely moving my prescriptions somewhere else, 1 star is too much for this place.

   Never have I ever come across across more incompetent set of staff. Absolutely unbelievable that these people are trusted to dispense vital medications to sick people. Customer service skills are sorely lacking as well.

   I’ve been left without insulin and other essential supplies for my type 1 diabetes on a number of occasions now. Please improve your service as it’s dangerous for patients who actually need their medication to survive! Not to mention unfair on those who struggle to make multiple journeys to the pharmacy to keep chasing up their prescriptions. I always give a plenty of time between ordering and collecting and still you rarely have all my items in stock, despite the GP having sent the prescription days or sometimes even the week before. I’ve even tried to call on many occasions and the phone was never answered. I’m aware it’s a difficult time for NHS services but I’ve not experienced anywhere else where standards have slipped this much.

   Utterly appalling service. Rarely pick up the phone. Quite often don't have your repeat prescription and then blame the GP surgery. Staff seem to be uninterested / bored with their jobs to the point of being unhelpful. Seriously considering using a different pharmacy. Read previous feedback comments to get an idea...
