   Booked a flu vaccination over 2 weeks ago. Arranged for a Saturday morning due to work commitments. Drove 7 miles to attend. Turned up to be told the pharmacist would not be giving out vaccinations today! There appeared to be a pharmacist on site - for what is less than a 3 minute procedure I have wasted a whole morning to recieve nothing, even though a pharmacist was on site. Never even had the courtesy to call me to cancel. If option was available would give a zero rating.
