   There is a guy who works in there, Greek Cypriot looking with a bald head. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Manipulative. Has no manners and when confronted couldn’t acknowledge his disrespect or rectify with an apology. Disgusted with my experience on Sunday!!!! Never had this at this branch Very disappointed! Apparently he is the manager still doesn’t justify his disrespect!

   Unfortunately, I am a user of the Tesco app and I often order through the app for fast delivery. In my previous places of residence, I did not suffer, but when I moved here two months ago, I faced a problem. In two previous orders, they were sending food that would expire on the same day, such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.!!! Do they think I am a food bank.!!! How to send food that will expire on the same day and is not fresh and suitable for consumption for days to come.! I am ordering food for the week. It is a disgrace to this branch, and they must understand that ordering delivery does not mean that we throw food at the customer. I am happy because I started ordering from another store nearby and they provide great service and new and fresh food.

   I reckon the staff is friendly but the security staff is rude and unethical. Despite arriving well before closing time, the security personnel didn't allow us in. Even when the store staff tried to convince him to let us in, he didn't budge. A very rude and arrogant person.

   I’ve used this store pretty much every day for the last 19 years. In the last six months there’s been lots of changes, some good, some not so good. Even though I go there everyday, I’ve been challenged now twice by the security guards on leaving the store. The first time I was the only customer in store, paid at the cashier till and still the security accused me of not paying ??! Today I was challenged again after I used the less than good functioning self service tills. The regular staff know me and are fine, but the security come and go on a weekly basis. Reckon I might start walking down to Sainsburys instead.

   Guy says the big pizza deal is ONLY in tesco extra when my local one sells it and is a tesco express. And just been there and the young guy didn't know what he was doing and he asked my dad to pay with his cash. I'm sorry but its not my dads job to pay for this its his company
