   Wanted a T towel asked two employee's neither spoke enough English to know what I was talking about. Never replenish the tobacco it seems as always half empty and never have my regular brand.

   Incredibly rude woman at the checkout. I asked her for something twice because she was speaking so quiet that I couldn’t hear a word and she answered incredibly rude and with an attitude which I let her know. Fully putting me off ever going there again.

   Incredibly rude middle-aged server with light brown hair. This is my local Tescos and this lady makes snide comments every time I come despite having done nothing to her. Safe to say I will be avoiding this Tescos at all costs.

   There's no staff in this shop? 1st of all, the regular pepsi 2l shelf is full with the offer of 2 for £3.50. I picked up 2 and went to the self checkout. The offer didn't come up so I asked a lady to sort it out for me. She scanned the Pepsi barcode and told me it wasn't on offer. I said it was as per the shelf. She said no it isn't sorry. And she run off. I then waited 7 minutes standing at the self checkout for someone to void 1 pepsi for me, as I was only buying 1 if it wasn't an offer. 1 person was serving on the manual till, the 3 self checkout were all not working, waiting for assistance. This poor guy on the till pressed the bell several times but no one came to help him out. The queue was very long by this time. There are more issues here. 1. The pricing is wrong, and it's NOT the customers fault so it should be sold at the price that's on the shelf. Unfortunately I didn't have time to fight this as I was on my way to work. 2. If the customer is questioning something you don't just run off. 3. You can't have a client waiting at the till for 7 minutes for a 2 second job (voiding 1 item for them). I'm not talking about queueing here. But standing at the actual till while buying 1 item. Extremely disappointed !!!! I've been regular customer, getting drink, friuts every morning. Will definitely not come back ever.

   Came 10min before closing time and they closed the main door, customers still inside but security at the door refused to let in shoppers even though store should still be open. I get everyone wants to finish early but opening times should be respected.

   Every time I have tried (about 10) to use the Evri service at this Tesco there is a problem and the staff are rude and unwilling to help.

   Please kindly educate your staff on selling gift cards. I went there today in the morning trying to purchase Roblox gift card. Left with nothing as the person behind the counter ask me if this is for Spotify or Xbox account, I did try to explain that its neither thats it's a different platform, cashier rude and hostile just handed the gift card back and said its must be one of those.

   The worst Tesco by a very long way. Dont take cash. Queues are amazingly long. Nobody on checkouts. You have to tell the shelf packers to get on the till. When you can pay with cash, they want to short change you. If you want to see everything wrong about a supermarket. This is the best example of how not to do.

   I hope someone from Tesco sees this post. Today, at Tesco at Turnpike lane station, around 2.45pm, I and my boy friend were treated a huge unfairly and rudely by the Turkish lady employee. Although we were in line and she saw this, she interrupted our transaction and continued with the other customers and did not listen to us. I believe someone should remind this employee that everyone has equal rights in this country and that people don't have to be British to get the same service. It's a disappointment for a big company like Tesco to work with people like this. Cameras can be viewed, we are ready to face this situation. I hope this employee doesn't do the same rudeness to other people (although I'm sure she will).
