   please sort out your staffing because the state of the shop when i walked in was absolutely ridiculous. it was chaos. a massive red wine spill on the floor, with one poor guy trying to clean it up with just a mop, only one person on tills, and the entire shop completely packed. as soon as i saw the state of the checkout, i put my stuff back and left. this was on a friday at peak hours, no less. the whole situation left me wondering how on earth a huge supermarket chain could be this ridiculously understaffed. do better.

   Only ever 1 out of 3 self check out tills working (why???). Then it refuses to scan your clubcard which is a must to avoid getting ripped off (all clubcboard discounts seem to be fake - just products with artificially inflated prices with discounts to get them back to normal pricing in line with other shops, but meaning you must have a clubcard. Then no Tesco card payment machine seems to be able to read NFC phones properly (no issue anywhere else though)... instead have to stick a bank card direct on the reader for 5 seconds for it to process. this seems to be a general Tesco issue. How can such a huge company be so useless.

   Barely functioning self check-out, food left on the shelf without offers until expiry date, food is not the freshest and cost are higher even for a tesco express. Choice in products are also questionable, which is odd, you’d think you’d pick wisely if you couldn’t sell much. Adding a picture to give an example. The place is always disorganised, with stacks of delivery’s in the corridor and you can barely move or grab products. This usually happens before 9am and after 5pm or weekends, you know, those times when they get the most business! it doesn’t make sense. Why can’t you do this pre-opening or after closing time. Staff are also occasionally unhelpful. There’s also frequent shop lifting. Why would you put the alcohol and expensive products next to the exit… whoever came up with that decision has questionable judgement.

   This is the worse Tesco I have ever been to! It’s so so poorly stocked - it seems well stocked on first glance but there’s a poor selection of fruit and veg etc, no variety. also, a staff member called James was loading loose bananas as carefully but fast as possible, but another staff member came by and said you’re doing it so slowly it’s meant to be a 2 minute job, and started throwing the bananas so hard onto the rack - now I know why they’re all bruised!

   A shame to have to say as this is my local Tescos and i go everyday but today’s customer service was just terrible. I was in a queue of people wanting to pay cash and didn’t have my card on me. I think the lady on the till was new but she took 20 minutes to scan 3 Peroni beers that should have been on offer but weren’t scanning with the deal 3 for £5. She left the till to check if they were on offer and left 3 people in the queue rather than getting a colleague to help. One of her colleagues passed by and saw that there was a queue and the customer in front of me asked if he could go behind a till and speed things up and he ignored us. When after waiting nearly 25 minutes it got to me she didnt even apologise. Tescos you can do better!

   This tesco need a bit of love - i am not a big fan of tesco but notice they have just put jazz music in their store which is very nice. The shop needs to be refresh with more healthy food options Organic and kids options on yoghurt . Often milk fridge and sandwiches are left opens by Customers which is not great. Staff is pleasant. The whole shop could do with an upgrade.

   Not the best experience coming to this particular store, which is a shame as I generally like Tesco for the odd shop you might need. Tesco need to review how the staff, at this branch, treat their customers.
