   A terrible shop with rude and unprofessional staff. I had been a polite and friendly Aldi Arena Williamson Rd customer for several years, shopping 1–3 times a week for my family. I was also on good terms with many of the staff. However, recently I was treated very badly. Staff tried to remove me from the shop, even though I had done nothing wrong. I only politely asked for the name of a staff member who had been very rude to me. I was not given any information about how to make a complaint or who to call. Their self-checkout machines were not working properly, and one of them stopped during my transaction. I tried to ask if the payment had gone through, but I didn’t receive any printed confirmation. So I said I wanted to make a complaint — but the staff, especially the woman involved, didn’t like that. There are no clear legal rules or customer rights shown in the shop. It feels like the staff protect each other and don’t care about the customers at all. I was publically ridiculed at and humiliated in public. Do not go to this shop — you will not be treated with any respect at all!

   Very low prices compared to my local Sainsbury's. Similar quality and customer experience. I only wish I had another Aldi closer to me. Aldi also has more variety, although that's arguably related to the size of the local. Now Sainsbury's is packed with Aldi price match tags. Too little, too late.

   Lots of great deals throughout the store. Cheap vegetables, halal shamans chicken, dairy, snacks, frozen fish and meats, ready meal food. There were plenty of staff on the shop floor, it's a shame the tills weren't all manned, we had to wait for ages and I was in a rush, otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating. Also, there's no special buy aisles in this branch, so don't come looking for them

   Lovely location compared to the alternative in my area. Easy parking and it's next to Sainsbury's in case I can't get supplies they don't stock.

   I think it needs to be more improvement in the quality of the products, the jar olives I bought one it taste disgusting like its gone off I was feeling sick after I ate some, the croissant I bought after 2-3 days went green and mouldy I never buy them again. I like to buy the salmon yogurts and toiletries, some fruits and vegs to stay on the safe side for me.

   Busy as always. Some stuff missing from larger branches. The fridges are a nightmare in the produce area. Saving grace is the lovely guy by the self service tills. He is an asset to aldi.
