If you are an early riser, go to the off-licence or wait until 7 am for another shop to open. They rarely open at 6 am. Last time I waited 30 min and still weren't open. Also just very badly run so avoid if you can.
What kind of a shop has no bags. Big shop made, bag paid for, only to be told they have no bags.
Not very well stocked, store looked untidy and dirty, no staff on checkout and no free parking just a loading bay for trucks outside.
The worst, most disorganised Tesco I have ever been in in my 44 years!! No one visible ever at the counter. Went in for wine the other day, three bottles on the shelf and the security guard told me to ask the cashier where the rest was. Turned out he just couldn’t be bothered to unpack the stock from the back. Just walk 5 minutes down the road to Sainsbury’s!

It's 6:44 shop closed. Time table says open 6:00. Disappointing, staff could care bit more..... I'll spend my money somewhere else. Something has to change....
I stoped by to buy a lemon. I took the last lemon on the shelf which is rotten and waited 10 min for a lemon. Cashier told me he can’t sell it cause it is in pack not single and i told him to charge me any amount for that last bloody lemon in camberwell after that he told me it is not possible because that mold lemon will be wastage it is not for sell and i asked him to give me for free then but he said no . i would like to asked manager if it is not for sale why it is on shelf ?
Been going to this tesco for awhile now. Their stock is inconsistent and often times too close to expiry. The staff are particularly unfriendly. Despite being a regular of a few years, only 2 of the staff seem friendly and will greet me on seeing me. While not very important, it does make you feel like you're almost a bother to the staff by just being there. Not a great environment. I have often heard them gossiping about other customers and having inappropriate conversations on the shop floor. There's also been a persistent problem near where the toilet roll is kept. Seems like a waste pipe is leaking behind the left most display from the apartments above. This is the worst of the hygiene issues there. The fridges don't look particularly clean and are often left open. That raises concerns about food temps and energy waste. The freezers are an outright disgrace as nearly everything is frosted over to the point, you're not sure which product your pulling out of the hat. I'll be moving out of the area in a couple of days so I thought I'd share my thoughts before I do. Try the co-op around the corner from there or the TFC that is just across the road, instead. It would be a one star review if not for the 2 staff members that actually make me feel welcome there.
The supermarket is messed up. But I would like to remark the work of a young black lady who has a warm smile and is always so nice to all the clients. Just to make sure everyone knows who I’m talking about today is Thursday January the 3rd. It’s 22:42 and I just left the supermarket. I always write staff about bad service when I get mistreated in any business but tonight and after sommany times I have been to this brunch this girl has always a nice genuine smile. It seems that you look at her and there is no problems I the whole planet. Just to let one more thing clear. I’m a gay man and I don’t go for women. So what I’m talking about is genuine kindness and a genuine gift to deal with the public. Shame I don’t know her name. She is a black girl with a big hair. Best cashier girl I have ever seen Congratulations
