   Very rude staff! They do not treat their customers with respect, most of them are very cold and unfriendly. If they don’t know how to treat their customers, they shouldn’t work there especially the tallest worker there, he is always very rude as well as the manager too. They have no enthusiasm and always look like they don’t want to be there. Shop here if you want to be treated with constant disrespect and coldness. Horrible customer service overall.

   Convenient Post office in the store. Sent and received parcels fine. Store sells stationary, mags, sweets and have few supermarket things. Big car park in front (although mind your car doors so park on the end).

   Have used the post office in the shop previously and generally experience was ok. However the post office close time displayed online is 8pm but they stop accepting parcels quarter to 8pm. I walked half a mile to post a parcel and reached just 10-15 minutes before 8pm. The person on the counter had started counting cash and was not willing to accept the parcel. Extremely disappointing experience and non-existent customer service- if they are keen to close the shop early, at least display the correct time and don't waste customers time.

   I moved to the area in November and this is my local post office so was here a lot over Christmas. During that time, it was obviously very busy with people trying to get their Christmas presents sent off, so there were often long queues outside, given the maximum customer number in the store because of social distancing (and frankly, while some people complained, I hugely appreciated this). At Christmas, the store was crowded with merchandise, making it harder to social distance and move around; I wanted to buy some wrapping paper but the box this was in was right under the post office counter, so I was faced with standing directly next to another customer while I looked at options. All of the staff have been efficient and generally polite, although not the friendly chatty staff you would get in some stores. I have, at times, been served at the post office counter by someone who was on the phone trying to sort out store issues. Having worked in retail for almost 2 decades, I know that this is a massive customer service faux pas, but I also understand how pressing these things can be at busy times and the person did explain to me and apologise. The store itself if a decent little corner shop, which has a wide range of products, but all seem slightly over-priced to me. All in all, a good, clean little store.
