   I'm absolutely livid about the abysmal service I got at Tesco today. This Indian lady at the register had the audacity to snatch my ID out of my hand, eyeballing it for a solid two minutes like I was some kind of criminal. She had the nerve to bark at me, “Where’s your birth date on this thing?” I tried to point it out, leaning over to show her, and she practically slapped it back into my chest with this disgusted sneer, like touching it burned her. Then, when it came time to pay, she didn’t even bother to set up the damn payment terminal. I’m standing there, phone in hand, waiting to tap, and I say, “Can you press the button so I can pay?” She just glares at me, spits out a sarcastic “Have a good day,” and waves me off like I’m a piece of trash. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life—total power trip, complete disregard for basic decency. Tesco needs to get their act together and train their staff not to treat customers like dirt under their shoes.

   An Indian lady at the register asked me for my ID and stared at it for about two minutes, asking me where to get a birth was when I tried to show her where it was she threw it back at me rudely, and then demanded that I paid for what I purchase without actually Tendering the payments for me to tap my phone when I asked her to actually press the button so I could pay she just told me to have a good day and kept being rude.

   It used to be an amazing store in the community, the previous management was very involved, friendly, and supportive and loved by everyone in the area. Now it’s a cold prison shop, with a loud front door alarm that I hear in my 5th floor apartment all day every day. Is it necessary that it’s so loud?

   I am sorry to say that the Tesco management team need to change the staff. They are rude and Lazy . If you ask something they look like they don't want to help . I ask one lady staff near the door Do you have any spinach left because the self was empty and the time was 10.30 am she answered very rude way if the shelf empty that's mean it's finished. But i am sure they have in there back room . So my kind request, please we are paying customers. Give us proper service . We live locally. Thanks

   This Tesco should be closed down, the sandwiches are vile. Be careful of the use by date, I strongly suggest avoiding this branch. On the rare occasions where they do have sandwiches/wraps/pasta, the quality is pathetic. Wouldn't feed it to a rat in the sewers. They also need more staff.

   Can safely say this is the worst Tesco I've ever been to. Food stacked in crates all over the floor, bought some chicken from there and so much water came out of it, it was like wringing a wet sponge, rude staff and always out of stock. Bad enough to make me want to leave a review of a supermarket, enough said.

   Decent store, well laid out, well stocked. Having staff at checkouts is a big deal, no need to wait for someone to come over. No cages blocking the isles, staff were polite, produce looked fresh. Perhaps the best tesco metro I've been in, and certainly the management from tesco metro haggerston could learn a lot from a visit here.
