First time using today as I generally use the one linked to my drs at walkley! Wow, lovely, polite staff greeted by numerous hello's as I walked in. Nice clean environment and staff so helpful and polite putting you at ease immediately. Will be using this pharmacy in future
The staff including the pharmacist were the kindest and most informative, patient and helpful people when I was going through a very difficult time before and after a surgery and not getting the support from my GP/hospital. Can't thank them enough.
I'm so grateful to this pharmacy for going above and beyond to order in my prescriptions for me. From having excellent front line staff and a pharmacist who calls and asks how I am getting on with some of my medications, it's all about service and the way it's provided/delivered. The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely fantastic and are by far the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They have gone out of their way to deliver my supplies of medications on every occasion over the past year due to my circumstances and I am so grateful for this service.
Whilst staying at my daughter's I went into Day Lewis after registering a concerning blood pressure reading whilst self monitoring. I explained my situation to a member of staff and only had to wait about 5 minutes before the pharmacist took my blood pressure. Unfortunately it was at a level where I needed to go on 24 hr monitoring and needed to make an emergency appointment with my doctor. When I explained that I was away from home he offered to do the test for me there. The results showed that I did indeed have hypertension. He was so helpful and reassuring. I can't thank him enough.
I'm so grateful to this wonderful pharmacy for going out of their way to order in my prescription for me (and for being all round lovely people). I'm not at all local to the area but had rang around with no help from other pharamacies. I was lucky enough to talk to the lovely Lauren who was so kind and sorted it out for me straight away. Efficient, genuine and so friendly...I so wish I lived more locally!
The staff at this pharmacy are absolutely fantastic. They have gone out of their way to help me with 6 month supplies of medication on 2 occasions, bottling and labeling up the medication for me. A big thank you to Stacey who has been incredibly helpful, answering any questions and going out of her way to help.
