   The only Tesco that charges 5p for the wooden forks when purchasing a meal deal. I think a member of staff is making extra money on the side from this unfortunately. Something they need to look into tbh.

   Possibly the worst mix of staff and security a Tesco can ever have. Been there multiple times for small purchases and no matter how many times I try to give it a chance, this particular Tesco keeps on getting worse. Horribly rude staff members who clearly don’t have any clue of what customer service actually means. Once when I asked for assistance while having difficulty to put their blurry barcode to get scanned, one of the staff told me to put the number in the system instead of doing it himself and then he threw the item on the floor that I needed to purchase and kept on throwing tantrums. On multiple occasions I found the prices of their products on tills to don’t match with their shelf prices and ended up paying full. Their securities are extremely creepy and keeps on following throughout the store for no apparent reason which ruined my overall experience of shopping there no matter what time I got there. Therefore, decided to skip this particular Tesco store for good.

   Witnessed a staff member scream “SHUT UPPP” at a young girl because he nearly knocked her over with his arm. Just as we were saying this place couldn’t get any worse, safe to say no one from my household will be going in there again.

   A number of times the self price (clubcard saving) were wrong, and i ended up paying full price. Two days after pointing out their most recent incorrect label and asking that they update it, i found the same label with the same incorect price, and got given full price at the till. Amended 12/01/2025: happened again with an other type of product, third time in 11 days. I don't understand why they persist with not removing lables that no longer apply.

   Very small branch, couldnot find so many basic grocery items, staff members were busy chit chatting instead of working. The only good thing was the polite young worker at cash counter.

   Just witnessed staff was hit by a customer and all the colleague was watching including security. Worse security ever. he was watching that women was getting hit . Let alone stop guy hitting her didn’t even say anything. Worse team ever. No respect no care . No humanity left in this store. That girl (Rahima)was calling police her own.

   Awful shopping experience even though I shopped several times. I now shop at the other Tesco instead Rubbish store for the following reasons: - incorrect product labelling for most products - Staff super rude no body behind the tills to serve tobacco - staff talking with each other in their own language in front of customers - staff blocking narrow aisles with fat cages - staff and manager outside the store smoking or on the phone even though there is a queue inside - Nearly every sandwich has hit their sell by date regularly - shelves regularly empty e.g Coca Cola - rubbish like plastic and cardboard everywhere - doors shut before 11 normally 10:45 which is shocking - shop lifters left right and centres Next time you want to shop here wear a bullet proof vest for safety and don’t bother asking rude staff for assistance
