   One of the nicer ones I've been to! I went 40 mins before closing and the team were beyond kind and accommodating me in finding items. They were stocking new items (Thursday) and were patient and the food quality and stock were amazing! Will return to again.

   Poor service today from Lidl management. I went to return some unopened tomatoes that had gone mouldy within 3 days after purchase. There’s no customer service desk, understandable I guess given it’s Lidl, so I had to chase a manager across the store. When I finally caught them, they told me three days was too long, and I was supposed to keep them in the fridge - after all, they only keep them in the shelves for a few days. Besides not making sense, this explanation also contradicts the guidance on the package to keep them in the cupboard (which I what I did). They then made me go after another manager who begrudgingly radioed the till to make them aware. I then had to take the package back and wait in the queue of the single open till for 5-10 mins before they finally refunded me. At no point was there any apology, never mind an attempt to compensate for the error.

   Love Lidl, great products, especially in the middle aisles, and my daughters and son, love love love ..... the bakery!!!! And myself and partner love the prices and the bill at the end with a very full trolley!!!!!!! Thank you Lidl.

   It is very convenient for shoppers! But with the parking time allocated to customers and how you have to walk around looking for the products you want is very time consuming as there is no clear labeling systems and the ninety minutes fly buy without you noticing it or you walk around worrying and then not getting all that you went there in the first place that's if you have there!

   I highly recommend this wonderful Lidl store in Bestwood Street because it is an essential store for me to buy groceries and helped me save a lot of money in this high cost of living moment!!! The store outside is stylish and well designed, the escalators inside are wonderful and they are a bit slow and let me have a little moment to calm down and shop. The store inside is always breathable and keeping quite neat and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bakery section is wonderful, the bread and pastries are delicious but in a very price. The vegetables and fruits section also has good choices of products. Sometimes, it is surprisingly fresh and good value for money. I also like the ham section from this store. Most of the ham are very tasty and family friendly. The non-food (home) section in the middle of the store is always a surprise, too! You could buy the home products, pillows, children toys or seasonal items in a very bargain prices!!! I like the snack section because my family like snacking. The potato chips, rice crackers, candies, chocolates are as good as the famous brands. The green tea bags also taste great! Moreover, the small bin liners also is my home essentials!
