   So stuipd i was waiting half an hour for my proscription today said they would be no lomger than 5 minutes was waiting half an qn hour also was very quite no body in all they was doing was sat talking about crap other than the job when i said where is my order I've been waiting ages she said oh yeh its in this box here forgot all about it never will i go therr again bad service

   Shocking behaviour by Gaynor & Lauren Extremely Rude & Unprofessional involving members of the public to step in to help the customer being wrongfully treated and spoken & helped. Head Office needs to be made aware to stop this happening to any future members of the public.

   I've visited today for my Covid booster jab. I arrived a little early (about 15 mins) but they very kindly saw to me straight away. I received an information leaflet to take away and read and a small credit card sized slip with details of the type and date of the booster jab. I was the only one waiting and another gentleman arrived as I was leaving. There was a small waiting area with chairs and a separate consultation room where I had the jab. Parking is available just across the road.

   Not a good pharmacy to use.... ordered repeat prescription on tue... called sat morning and didn't have a clue. They found it after some personal details... (over 4 days to fill prescription)picked up tables which inc aspirin... the staff charged £9.35 for aspirin and when I returned to ask for a refund was told that its been claimed for and no refund allowed... please ask if your tablets are cheaper to purchase direct as this company looks like it all about profit... Will be swapping to another pharmacy even if I have to travel...

   Very average...agree that things are often not ready even three days after ordering online. Will still use it because it is convenient. Staff are quite pleasant and helpful but the system seems in need of a speed up..
