   Never opens when it's supposed to. They said it's because they don't have enough staff but they do. They are just late and take there time opening. Photo is at 6.05

   Cashier, Urvi Patel, was so rude to me. She refused me to buy an 18+ drink even though i showed my ID and am above age. I was only getting a meal deal with my brother and she claimed that i would give him the drink outside despite the fact that i told her that the drink was for me. She handled the situation so rudely and snatched all my food that i was paying for and put them all back. She started smirking when she took my stuff. She even sold 18+ drinks to the people i was with AND DID NOT ID THEM. Why did she only ID me?! I feel threatened. I wish i could review 0 stars.

   They don’t open at 6am, 6:30 so the staff are ALWAYS late and they don’t care about working people

   They never have much on offer, it's overpriced and really not convenient for people who are on a budget, the staff are alright but the produce isn't great. Just ok......

   Better to take a bus a few stops to Sainsburys or Asda local as they never have what you want in stock and everything is expensive so trips there these days are literally a waste of time. They are trying to take advantage of their location but are not doing a great job. I have spoken to a few people who just like me have no issue going a few extra mins to the other shops in the area. It was what we did before this store showed up and we have no problems continuing that. Staff are the only good thing about this store.

   This a useful local store with friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the food is very expensive compared to the larger stores. However, it is good to have for occasional groceries when necessary !
