   Absolutely ridiculous !!! I’ve ordered my prescription ready for collection this morning … I took the last of the medication that I have last night .. I double checked they were open this morning so I knew I’d be home ok .. Lo and behold they were shut when I got there .. I’m now scrambling about trying to find somebody who takes my meds so I can borrow some until the pharmacy opens on Monday !! This is dangerous practise !!!!!

   Absolute joke of a Pharmacy. Booked a flu jab with an appointment arranged for today. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have any jabs left, they ran out yesterday and didn't know when they'd have any back in. AT NO POINT was there any attempt to cancel my appointment or notify me that the appointment would need to be rearranged. The only communication I did receive was a reminder to attend! This is unacceptable service - even more so if I'd been an over 65 patient who would have had to travel and then been turned away. This Pharmacy is an absolute joke. More than once I've been "Owed" medication and told to come back next week to collect it only to be told their pharmacist is "on lunch" and hasn't got round to unpacking their delivery. Often there'll be a queue to the door while the staff don't seem to care or do anything and will instead stand about having personal conversations instead of handling customers. It's a shame because the GP surgery based in the same Unit is brilliant but let down by an absolute shambles of a pharmacy.

   Appallingly bad service. Pharmacist assistant was rude and off-hand, when their bad service so they are at fault. We understand some things are hard to get, but the staff are off-hand to the point comes across as VERY rude. Staff lie to you knowing an item won't come in then AFTER you have run out tell you this. Happened on more than one occasion! They all need re-training as appalling service. Opening Hours NEVER correct online.

   Can’t understand why a pharmacy linked to a doctors surgery is only open 9-5:30 Monday-Friday! When surgery is open 8:30-6pm. God help anyone who works for.a living and can only get in to see a doctor before or after work and needs their prescription straight away ie:- antibiotics! Absolutely useless! Otherwise open Saturday!

   Absolutey ridiculous that you have to be part of the local Facebook page to find out the ACTUAL opening hours. Some, like me, a lloyds direct customer will not have seen any in-store notices either. I relied upon their Google business opening hours, and 111 who sent an emergency prescription there, only to find it closed are clearly not aware of your temporary closing hours either! Not on at all!!

   Absolutely rubbish. Rude useless staff .they charge to deliver prescriptions ,even to the disabled and elderly ! They get medication mixed up and good luck trying to prove they made a mistake cos they all back each other up especially the large woman with pink hair Will never use them again. Go to well pharmacy instead .nice staff less waiting FREE delivery of prescriptions.
