Not friendly. Items changed to cheaper generic ones without notice. They take a long time to fill prescriptions. Will not send for items that run out or go out of their way to help. Disappointing and stressful for the long term sick.
Unfortunately this Boots can be unreliable. The opening hours have been reduced and being shut at lunchtime (the hours can vary) is challenging and not well advertised. Sadly some staff are not particularly helpful.

After consulting my doctor about an ongoing eye problem, I was advised to buy chloramphenicol eye drops over the counter. I asked if the pharmacist stocked these particular drops and they said they did however they would not sell them to me. The tall man behind the counter refused to sell them and insisted that I needed to use a hot compress. I explained that I had been doing this for several days with no success. He still refused to sell simple eye drops. Poor customer service.
Got what I wanted staff very helpfull

Bought Lemsip about more pound more expensive than at Waitrose, a couple of metres away from Boots counter
