Visited Cohens after a disappointing experience at a nearby pharmacy. Tracy was kind and empathetic when listening to the issue, and both she and Kameron were efficient in resolving it. Extended opening hours much appreciated for working professionals.
Went to collect my prescription and got my flu jab while I was there so good result. Friendly and helpful service as always.
You know when a lady says thankyou but the tone is more like 'go away', i feel sorry for locals unable to go elswhere, very unpleasent lady, so unpleasent it caused me to write this review which i wouldnt normally bother, if you cant be happy and helpful in a place where sick people go, get another job!
Decent people open and even told me about the use of a yearly script instead of paying everytime
Very fast service. Never hardly any waiting times apart from a few mins to get your prescription ready. Very polite and professional. Thank you for an excellent service.
Staff seem knowledgeable and wanting to offer good service.
Some of the staff are really rude to customers especially the older folks, I've just changed where I pick my tablets up so I don't have to listen to the rudeness of the staff, I think they need training on customer service are go get a job in a morgue

Absolutely disgusting service we wnet to buy some over counter medication and we got refused because we apparently buy em regularly 4 month ago is wen we last bought anything worst staff ever if you use this pharmacy only use it once
These guys are always lovely and pleasant, extremely helpful and even though the chemist is very busy they will always go above and beyond if needed. I’ve used the other chemists in Hoyland and these are by far the best
