Absolutely useless, needs prepayment at night but won't take fuel cards. Staff were extremely unhelpful as I needed another esso within a short drive but they just told me to go away.
Excellent customer service from 2 male staff yesterday. I asked for some assistance as needed to put air into tyre and was having problem with machine. They came out with me in the rain, and sorted machine and even filled the tyre for me. Very polite and helpf ul. Cannot praise them enough.
I visited Tescos petrol station today and it wa a terrible and mortifying experience. The pump system system at Pump 7 was faulty, (with no signs) when using the pump, I wanted to top up my diesel to the full tank. Whilst topping up, the diesel gushed out and went everywhere, all over my cloths and my hands. I went into the store to notify the staff and the only person that was somewhat helpful was the security guard. The security guard came out to look and he could see there was a issue so he appointed me to the manager named Kalpa/Kalpo (I can’t remember his name on the badge) the supervisor came out and was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He told me, ‘your lying’ and said, ‘it could only be £4 extra your paid and we will not give you a full refund’ I was so distraught and I couldn’t believe the way he spoke to me infront of all the other customers. I asked for help and I am by myself and I don’t know what to do as there is petrol all over my car and the floor, the security guard provided me with tissues but the supervisor said, ‘your car is not MY problem’. I m mortified with the service. I stink of petrol and my car has petrol all over it. You can review the CCTV for your reference. This caused significant inconvenience as I was on a tight schedule. I expect a higher standard of service from Tesco and hope you address this issue promptly. I request that you ensure the pumps are checked regularly and that staff are trained to assist customers professionally. Please let me know the steps you plan to take to prevent this from happening again. WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS PETROL STATION! A bunch of cowboys work there!
Very helpful staff always friendly and welcoming. As a local car recovery company I use this local petrol station and shop which is soo convenient everyday to fill up my recovery trucks, I would 100% recommend.
They are always running low on fresh food, sandwiches, bakery section, the shelves are always empty...
Typical small bit useful market. Well stocked.
Nice little tesco near home. Can buy mostly all you need here. Workers are also always friendly.

Visited today (Friday 26 August 2022) at 2250. The cashier wouldn't turn on the fuel pump, he was just waving me away. Another staff member who was taking in the forecourts fire extinguishers wouldn't reply to me when I asked why I couldn't buy fuel. Seems they were closing earlier than the advertised time of 2300. I had to move a bin out of the way so I could leave via the exit. Why block the exit but not the entrance? Why close ten minutes early? Why treat me with such disrespect? I filled up elsewhere and won't return.
No toilet facilities. Used pump 1 and it didn’t seem to work. No sign it was pay at the pump only. After being in heavy traffic in London I needed to use the facilities and there aren’t any! Was happy to take my money but not provide toilet facilities. Go somewhere else! Not acceptable.
