   I had a really bad experience in that shop. Customer service is really bad. Staff really unfriendly and experienced targeted racism. They have been doing this to only black people. Really poor behavior after i also spent £50 in that shop. If you are not Asian like them I would't recommend.

   RACIAL PROFILING. Staff very rude and racist. Came to buy Italian products after seeing an Italian lady advertising this shop on TikTok. Her video went viral and encouraged Italians and people who love Italian food to come and shop here. As an Italian I came here to shop with my mom and my sister and we spend around 50£. They followed us everywhere and had a secret shopper following us all around the shop as if we were going to steal something. The lady at the till was also extremely rude and kept on using her mouse to zoom in on the CCTV and check on us even if there was also another person following us already. It’s sad that as soon as you step in this areas in London which is predominantly Asian, they will do racial profiling as soon as you are not Asian (Bengali or Pakistani).

   This shop sells many products and offers various parcel drop off/pick up services (which I use a lot). Staff are helpful. My favourite product from this store used to be the Shin Ramyun (black/premium) edition, but sadly, they don’t seem to stock this anymore despite the manager going above and beyond trying to check whether he still had it (thanks mate). All in all, I’m glad to have this Londis nearby.

   went to top up my gas card at 11pm-ish and they couldn’t do it, claimed the machines were off, even though they close at 12am… absolutely disappointed tbh. not going here ever again since they can’t help customers out especially in this weather.

   Hiw on earth you could do something like this. The other day I went to buy water it was 5L advant water pack of 3. Its say buy 2 get one free. One I took it to till the Manager told me. I can't buy it. When I asked why he said we sold them separately. I question but its right there on the door step and refuse to sell it and told me its my choice if I want it or not. Not a good salesmanship is it. Very disappointed.

   I've been here as a volunteer for FoodCycle and I was glad to know that it supports such humanitarian cause by donating fruits and vegetables. Mr. Manju was very kind and shop was well organized, making sure it have all we need.

   Well I was looking for Strawberries and they did have them and though the size were small I still bought them. I also looked for tomatoes and they did not have any. They're maintaining the social distancing but to the till not quite 100% up to the mark. Staff were helpful I admit
