   Gone massively down hill since Peak Pharmacy took over and even worse recently as they try to cut back more and more and become more unhelpful. Firstly they don't make the prescriptions on site now they have to be sent to a hub to be made for the next day, so hard luck if you need it urgently. Secondly there are huge queues every time you go to buy anything or get a prescription. There is only one lady who ever serves while the other 5 people just bob up and down in the back and never help no matter how busy it is. The lovely woman who does serve tries her best, but spends most of the time telling disappointed people their prescription isn't ready yet while people queue out of the door. Its a disgrace why can't more people serve when it is busy some people have a job to go to and don't want to spend an hour stood in a queue. It's actually quicker to take your prescription down to Matlock than wait at this place.

   Friendly knowledgeable staff happy to help. Accomodating and efficient when we have had our vaccinations. Will definitely be returning to complete our vaccinations even though it's 40min away definitely worth a positive experience. Many thanks

   Unfriendly. Hasn't improved since Peak Pharmacy took it over. Go to the one in Matlock they're great. They are also open at lunchtime which Darley Dale isn't.

   I can’t thank the staff at the pharmacy and medical centre enough for all the help and assistance given to dispense an emergency prescription of my Asthma Inhaler. The level of support and understanding was exceptional and in sharp contrast to the staff at my own medical centre at home who refused to provide any meaningful assistance whatsoever. So thanks again for the excellent level of service provided.
