   I recently had a pretty serious medical condition which meant all my medications had to be changed.On my first visit to Cohens Chemist I had to ask quite a few questions with regards to the new medicines.The pharmacist gave me all the information I required and assured me that if I needed further information or assistance,I could contact her by phone or call into the chemist and she would sort out any problems.I also had lots of help from the team at Cohens throughout my visits during my illness.Glad to say I have made a full recovery now,but I really appreciated the help I received from Cohens who certainly made life a lot easier for me and my family,many many thanks to all the staff.I would highly recommend this Pharmacy.

   The staff in Cohens Hoyland have always been friendly and helpfull at all times. Before my father passed away his medication needs changed from week to week nothing was or is too much trouble for them. This also applies to my wife's pain medication this can change quite regularly an the staff have always been helpfull In making sure the prescriptions are ready.

   If I could literally give the staff at the walderslade branch a “real gold star” to wear on their uniforms to be seen each day then I would, they’ve looked after us all as a family over the years and always gone and above beyond for us, it’s amazing how much work they do because it’s only a small chemist and it’s always so busy but they make sure everyone is looked after. Impeccable service.

   Very rude staff. They will do everything possible to ignore you when you walk in for prescriptions. Worst pharmacy.

   Very unimpressed with this place. I have my prescriptions 'delivered' from here - when they feel like it. Delivery is supposed to be in 4 days. Last month, after 8 working days I had received nothing. I went online to check and the order said delivered. When I called them they said that I had phoned them to cancel delivery; I hadn't. They told me they would deliver the next day, then 5 mins later they phoned back to say they couldn't deliver and I would have to pick up. Not happy. If they had called me within the 4 day period to pick up I would have understood (current situation) but to tell me first that I had cancelled and then that they can't fulfill their promise is pretty unprofessional.
